Do you have such place we can buy, or will you sell us a plot which we can build on ourselves?): The Surendra site has a small 500 sq. ft. building on the plot we intend to sell to Gudfrey’s, the Kalir Coastal Region site has no buildings on the plot but has roads and infrastructure nearby, so your company can still operate well.
Any additional info?:If desired, the Cossack government will provide an armed guard. By Cossack law each business must have an armed guard or the business manager must be armed, so if Gudfrey’s does not have armed personnel, private Cossack security firms will be contracted at government expense to provide a single guard. Additional guards will fall on the expense of the company.
