The Jasonville Expeditionary Force has explored a new island, but sadly Jasonville's economy is falling and cannot support the further exploration of the island. Jasonville has already done good amount of research on the island and took only a few natural recourses.
Now Jasonville is selling this Island to Tanwirld

Land Profile: Small Island, with a small tropical jungle, few caves with coal and iron, and lots of fruits such as mangoes and coconuts

Hystaria has a system to allow massive amounts of near by islands,as hystaria has great control in Polynesia, if you would like to be our program, we will hand over around 26-235 islands, but in turn you would follow a few of our laws and allow us to have your political protection as if you are Hystaria
So protection, islands. For nothing more than softer borders with us, laws, etc.

No, the rules are that of, no slavery, promote healthy eating, and looser tax laws on the islands that i want to sell, and the allowance of the natives to live without harm.

Land Profile: A 2 by 1 mile rock in the North Atlantic. It is about 850 nautical miles from the nearest land, and has an abandoned 19th-century naval fort. There is also a very small community of fishermen who live seasonally.
Location: 50°N, 40°W
Population: 89 (2015 Census, seasonal.)
NOTE: We will only go through with the sale if the fishermen are guaranteed to be allowed to continue their operations as they always have.
