To join this global hate trade alliance you need be a producer or exporter of fear, war, disease, hatred, subjugation, discrimination, criminality, and/or fatality. Here we believe in the free'est possibly for trade, one without the dangers of limitation or sanctions due to authoritarian rule or practiced slavery. It is here we proclaim to the world that free trade will not be hindered, that every black market will be liberated from the vile grip of self-righteous aggrandizing moral-flagellation. The darkness deep in all mens' hearts will be left satisfied, here, in this hate trade of ours.

Membership will consists of nation's who will partake in the unrestricted free trade of goods and/or services between every other member-state, their corporations/businesses, and peoples there-in. This alliance does not take the stead of your governments, products illegal to own will remain as such; though such policies against the power of the almighty dollar are heavily discouraged.

Simply state your desire to partake in true free trade and you will be accepted after a short fact finding investigation into your nations policies. Nation's who lack the required... Evilness... Will be asked to make a pledge to work on developing our most sacred of products (fear, war, disease, hatred, subjugation, discrimination, criminality, and/or fatality) at whatever pace possible. NGOs, from criminal syndicates to cooperate chains, may be admitted but it will be judged case-by-case.

Nations will not be hindered by type, theme, setting, or technology level. If a product which would be contradictory to your nations existence is found among a member-state, then that product simply dose not exist for you.

You are assumed to have started trading with all other members by simply being accepted, those specific resources being listed either in factbook entires or the top industries on their home page (or by other sources).

You may leave any time, whenever you see fit. Post here or send a telegram, doing both is preferred but either is acceptable.

This trade alliance will remain unchanged, if further changes are required then a total vote from all active members will take place. A single no or non-vote will not see the change pass.

The Pan-Asiatic States State Development and Planning Commission wishes entry into this alliance, so long as membership shall not be publicized. All transactions must be made in secret, as the Federation does not wish to have any association with the member-states per se.

As an incentive and early gratitude, we would like to personally extend our offer on cloning facilities to fuel any of your nations' personal eugenics initiatives, if any. The clones may also be militarized, and we are willing to sell them as wanted.

Although considerations for an "observer'' member were originally invisioned, it never made it into the alliance. Ultimately the principals free trade are effectively an ideology all onto themself, an ideology (like a principles) must be held with conviction. Although we find your nation a is a fit, after investigation, we cannot accept secret members.
