Good day Men and Women of Respectable Nations,

Due to recent attacks on Chuckian commerce and shipping by stateless pirates, the The Chuckian Office of Commerce and Shipping (T.C.O.C.S.) is offering Letters of Marque and Reprisal to any citizen of any good standing nation. To obtain a Letter of Marque and Reprisal, any nation government or citizen may contact T.C.O.C.S. and pay a small issuing fee of 1,000 Red Necks (1,080 NSD). When a Letter of Marque and Reprisal is obtained, the holder is allowed to legally venture into any and all territorial waters around The Chuck and International waters and attack any stateless pirates in these regions. All ships and loot that is plundered by holders of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal must be brought before an Admiralty court to verify and legitimatize the capture. If a nation doesn't have an Admiralty court, The Admiralty Court of The Chuck will recognize any holder of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal as a legal privateer enterprise and act as an Admiralty Court for said holders. If The Admiralty Court of The Chuck recognizes and legitimatizes a capture by a holder of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal, then they are allowed to keep any ships and loot that was plundered.

The Chuck reserves the right to refuse the issuing of a Letter of Marque and Reprisal for any reason and is not obligated to provide said reason.
