Thank you for accepting our order and being so accommodating. We should not need the services of your technicians for more than a couple weeks, so that is a more than adequate time frame.
We will actually be sending air crews out to pick up the planes, as well as your technician team, who will train with our own team of technicians, then be returned in a timely manner. Sorry for any confusion. The manuals should be sufficient, but we are always happy to get any other material specifications possible for equipment and aircraft.
