Tashkent Heavy Industries (Russian: Ташкентская Тяжёлая Промышленность, Turkish: Taşkent Ağır Sanayileri) is a Turkic state-owned corporation based in Tashkent, Tashkent Region, Uzbek Republic, Turkic Republic. Leadership
CEO - Azamat Sultanov

Azamat Sultanov, 66 is our CEO. He was born in 1952, in Tashkent, Uzbek SSR, Soviet Union. After leaving education, he was employed as a factory worker in one of the many factories of Tashkent. After the fall of the Soviet Union, conflict sparked in unstable Central Asia, and the Uzbek Army required Tashkent Heavy Industries, where Sultanov was working, to drastically increase production. During this challenging period, Sultanov was recognised as a great leader, and the company decided to put him on the board. In 2002, after the retirement of the previous CEO, Sultanov was promoted to the role of CEO of Tashkent Heavy Industries. During his time as CEO, the profitability of the company has increased, as well as the quality of its products.

Sultanov is married to Maria, a retired teacher, and has two adult children. During his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing the piano, and painting. He lives in Tashkent. Sultanov speaks Uzbek, Russian, Turkish and Chinese fluently.

HISTORY
Tashkent Heavy Industries was founded in 1992, by the Uzbek government to mass-produce tanks, aircraft and guns for the military during the Central Asian War. After the unification of Turkestan in 1993, it was taken over by the Turkic government, and continued to make military products, as well as newly introduced civilian products.

Type 93 Rifle

The Type 93 Rifle was the first firearm manufactured by Tashkent Heavy Industries. It is based off the popular Russian AK-47 rifle, and entered production in January 1993, when the Uzbek Army was running short of AKM and AK-74 rifles after heavy battle losses. It is designed to be used in tough conditions, and to last for a long time. It comes in two variants, one with a fixed stock, and one with a folding stock. It can be fitted with a bayonet, and has iron sights for aiming. It is cheap to purchase, and is perfect for nations with low military budgets, gureilla or rebel groups, or casual firearm owners.

Type 92 3rd Generation Budget Fighter

The Type 92 (NATO reporting name: Fishdome) is the first fighter aircraft produced by Tashkent Heavy Industries. It is based off the popular Russian MiG-21 fighter and interceptor, and entered production in February 1992. It is a third generation fighter, but with some new technologies inside to help it better compete. It is very cheap, versatile, and is easy to mass produce, allowing you to have advantage in numbers over the enemy. It is perfect for nations with low military budgets, or rebel groups.

Type 20 4.5th Generation Multirole Fighter

The Type 20 is the second fighter aircraft produced by Tashkent Heavy Industries. It is a licence produced version of the Maghrebi-built (OOC: Arab North Africa) fighter, the Mokrani MTM-32. It is a 4.5 generation fighter multirole incorporating many modern technologies, and can suit the needs of various missions. The aircraft was designed by Mokrani Aerospace for the Maghreb People's Air Force, and in 2020, a licence to produce the MTM-32 under the name "Tashkent Type 20" in Turkestan was granted to Tashkent Heavy Industries, for use in the Turkic Air Defence Forces and for export. The first Turkic-built model will roll out of the factory in October 2020, and the aircraft will be ready for export in 2021.

Type 22 Variable-Sweep Wing Fighter-Bomber-Interceptor

The Type 22 is the first bomber and interceptor aircraft produced by Tashkent Heavy Industries. Based off the design of the old Soviet prototype Tu-98 and the Tu-28 fighter, it is a modern fighter, one of the largest world, with both the capability to carry out bombing missions or to intercept other aircraft in airspace. With its cheap design, it is sturdy, and also comes with a reduced price. The wing angle of the aircraft can be changed in flight to best suit the speeds of the aircraft. It is suitable for both established nations wishing to control their airspace and attack their enemies, or fledging nations wishing to defend their airspace from external threats. The first prototype of the aircraft will be rolled out in 2021, and the aircraft will be ready to export in 2022.

Snovideniye 2020 Car

The Tashkent Snovideniye is the second car produced by Tashkent Heavy Industries, after the 2015 model of the same name. It is named after the transliteration of the word 'dream' in Russian.
