Trade Ibica is a joint project of the International Trade Commission and the Federal Trade Commission to help streamline the process for foreign corporations to expand to and operate in the United States of Ibica. This site will be the homepage for foreign businesses in Ibica, with information about natural resources, infastructure, taxes, and the economic policies of the several states.

Occupying most of the Ibican Continent of the planet of Terra Ceralis, Ibica is a flourishing, developed nation, home to 120 million residents, with a GDP per capita of over $54,000. Economic activities range from mining coal and ore in East Monroe and Ochoa, to the Banking powerhouse of Elizabeth City. Ibica also boasts a large tourism market ranging from the historic former home of the Carter Dynasty in Rhone, the the white sand beaches of Edward Island. Ibica is also defended by a competent, well armed and trained all volunteer military of more than 1.4 million active duty personnel.

If you represent a foreign government and would like to establish relations with the United States of Ibica, we would like to encourge you to visit this website of the Department of State.

Tier 2 Railroads
While not as prominent or far reaching, this second class of railroads is just as vital to the Ibican Economy as their Tier 1 cousins.
While not a rail carrier itself, the Lawson Rail Holdings corporation is in the business of buying up many of Ibica's Tier 2 Railroads. Lawson Operates the following rail carriers:

Columbia and Western Railway
The only railway operating on Edward Island, Columbia and Western makes the islands industry move, connecting the farms, factories, and towns of the western side of the island with the main city and port of Columbia in the east.

Monroe, Rhone, and Southern Railway
Operating mostly on trackage rights of Albion Southern & Cartier and the United Western railroad lines, MR&S Railway provides passenger services between the Rhone, Willmington, and Orange Metropolitan Areas, and provides switching operations at the Port of Willmington.

Brickhaven Railway
The Brickhaven Railway has a monopoly on the island of St. George in the State of Angola, and runs the nation's last railroad barge between the island and the city of Port York, in conjunction with the State's Brickhaven Ferry Service. The Brickhaven Railway aslo provides switching services at the Port of Port York, out of which it operates the rail barge to St. George Island. The Brickhaven Railway also operates the Georgetown Express, a steam locomative driven passenger service catering to tourists and taking them to the historic seaside town of Georgetown.

North Shore Switching Railway
The North Shore Switching Railway provides all switching services at the Ports of:
  • Parkland, Petra
  • St. Clarke, Albion
  • Laurel, Romane
  • Laffayette, Cartier

State of Albion
24.3 million Residents
$1.58 trillion GDP
Head of State: King Charles IX
Prime Minister: James Loughton
Capital: Troy
Largest City: St. Clarke
Albion was originally an independent kingdom ruling the areas of the modern day states and territory of Albion, Cartier, Petra, and Romane. Albion became a member of the Ibican Federation in the year 1700. Upon the admission of Albion, the Federation held a constitutional convention which transformed the loose alliance of nations into the United States of Ibica. Today, the state of Albion is the second most populace state and the fifth largest by land area. Albion boasts a population of over 24 million people and a GDP of $1.58 trillion.

Uniquely among the states, Albion has maintained its monarchy as a the ceremonial head of state, with the Prime Minister serving as the head of government. The legislature is made up a single house Parliament. The state capitol is in the city of Troy, but the state's monarchy calls the old Royal capital of St. Clarke home. St. Clarke is also home to the Albion Southern and Cartier Railway, the largest Tier 1 railroad in Ibica, and is the state's largest city with over 2.2 million people.
