Two Attleborough Palace-class battleships from the Royal Navy were recently decommissioned in 2016. The two battleships, HRMS Attleborough Palace and HRMS Ducdenn Castle, have been in service for over 70 years. Both ships entered service in 1944 and have fought in multiple wars. The two battleships, along with the four Titan-class Battleships, were replaced by a new, modern, nuclear-powered battleship. Attached below are specifications of the Attleborough-class Battleships.

We are currently looking into the possibility of modernizing one of the battleships if this purchase goes ahead, for addition into our own navy of course. This modernization would include (But not be limited to):
- The addition of a nuclear reactor
- Electromagnetic weaponry
- Advanced radar/sonar
- Storage space for helicopters
- Armor updates, but only after evaluating the original armor of the battleship's class

We are hoping that, when the battleship is modernized, it will become a useful vessel in our fleet.

During recent conflicts the HMS Charybdis, and HMS Kraken were lost i action to enemy fire. They served as mobile fleet commands and provided both long and short range dire support for our surface fleets and long range anti-ship, ground attack batteries.The two vessels would join four ( formerly six) other Battleships we maintain as command control and fire support/arsenal vessels

To bring the New ships into line rear batteries would be removed and vertical launch bays would be installed.along with enhanced communications, long range radar, and command and control facilities allowing the ships to act as fleet, and ground operations command centers.

The armor and hull protection systems would be enhanced to bring them up to modern standards incorporating titanium, advance composites, and depleted uranium into the hull of the ship to give it the ability to withstand hits from all but the most powerful anti-ship missiles. If the missiles can penetrate the phased array radars and CIWS system,s we install.


We prefer Battleships for this purpose since they are large enough to house the systems needed, robust enough to handle extreme amounts of damage, and typically have long and illustrious careers we feel should not be ended by a trip to the breaking yard.

We are quite happy to receive the HRMS Duccdenn Castle (BS-49). The Fleet will be on station to welcome the ship to Her new home port of Nevspont Naval yard. Rear Admiral Lady "Hildie" Olafsdottir will be there to officially receive her new flagship. As A gesture to the ships previous service we will christen her into our navy under her current name.
