Dear Luisita, We have reviewed your franchise application, and we are delighted to APPROVE the construction of the Neo-Manila City Resort in New Philippines, Pan-Aseatic States. We would like to especially emphasize the resort and hotel accommodations at your location, as our research shows that Neo-Manila City has become a hot-spot tourist destination. I believe we can both capitalize strongly on this opportunity.
Cheers to your success! Emanuel Esperet President of Operations, Montana Leon Resorts LLC

Dear Marama Doros Viidii,
We have reviewed your franchise application with great interest. However, we are disturbed by some of your nation's policies that could affect the well-being of our guests - namely, involuntary euthanasia. Furthermore, we believe it will be difficult and indeed impossible to conduct many of our guest transport services at Montana Leon with automobiles banned.
Our company is not in the business of politics, and we have no reason to turn down franchises simply because they emerge in a different political climate than our own. Having said that, we do express some legitimate concern that the Thimpu Resort may experience profitability problems in the first two years of operation.
It is the decision of our board of managers to provide CONDITIONAL APPROVAL for the operation of the Thimpu Resort in the Historic Tribalian Square, Shamblia. If the Thimpu Resort is willing to petition the government to change some policies that affect the tourism industry (particularly its automobile ban), we are more than happy to build the Thimpu Resort. It must also remain profitable and incident-free after the first year of operation.
If these terms are agreeable, please respond with your digital signature.
Cheers to your success! Emanuel Esperet President of Operations, Montana Leon Resorts LLC
PS: As a temporary fix to the automobile concerns, our Director of Guest Services has suggested a bicycle rental service.

Dear Jonatan Rackland, We have reviewed your franchise application, and we are delighted to APPROVE the construction of the Atlantis Resort in Sperio. Our surveyors were blown away by the environmental beauty of the land, and the "Atlantis" name could lend itself well to themed attractions.

Dear Sir Aquatias,
We have reviewed your franchise application and we are delighted to APPROVE the West Humpback Resort in Aquariu. We believe that guests will really enjoy swimming with the dolphins and whales in your country.
We are a bit disturbed at a recent advisory stating that there are cults engaging in "whale-related human sacrifice" in the area. We'll hire extra armed security guards and install cameras to keep em out of the resort complex. Wouldn't want a liability suit, would we?
We'll put the whales and sea lions on the company charge card
Cheers to your success! Emanuel Esperet President of Operations, Montana Leon Resorts LLC

Dear Miss Maria Rothstein Oddity Property Management
We have reviewed your franchise application and we are delighted to APPROVE the Montacorvina Resort in Convallaria.
We see that liquor, wine and soda are big sellers in your country, and so we hope to make the bar area at your resort extra large.
I must offer you my personal thanks for your investment (which is significant!) as well as my assurance that we will put it to very good use. Our location scouts found a large section of Legacy Boulevard for purchase that was formerly the site of a large colonial manor / castle. We purchased that castle, as well as seven adjacent properties. We are currently in the middle of finding a masonry team who can prepare, restore and modernize the site. It will be the largest Montana Leon ever built: a 35-acre property with 2000 rent-able rooms, a spa, and - of course - an extra large bar and lounge.
Unfortunately, due to the size of the Montacorvina Resort and the amount of work we hope to put into its aesthetics, it will take approximately 21 months to build...perhaps even longer. You can see a mock-up of the site on the Locations page of the Montana Leon website.
Needless to say, you are welcome to come by for a visit, share a glass of Merlot, and see the construction in action.
Cheers to your success! Emanuel Esperet President of Operations, Montana Leon Resorts LLC

MONTANA LEON FRANCHISE PLAN Nation: Australian rePublic Location: Sydney CBD (New South Wales), Parramatta (Sydney, New South Wales), Melbourne CBD (Victoria), Gold Coast (Queensland), Brisbane CBD (Queensland), Perth (Western Australia)- Due to the fact that is based on a real country, I will NOT be posting addresses Name of Manager: Terri Smith Company [if applicable]: Please checkmark the services your location will offer: Applies to all locations [x] Casino- by which we mean poker machines and possibly other gaming stuff, at the description of your gambling licence, of which you will need to apply for one in each individual state, and will be granted at the discretion of each individual state, and conditions set by each individual state. You may need to place your gaming area in an area where they could be avoided by persons who are underage or persons who do not wish to enter gambling areas. Again, this is at the discretion of each individual state and something that your architects will need to take into account. This applies to not only gaming licences, but also liquor licences, which are government by different standards. Please checkmark the services your location will offer: [x] ALL [] Casino [] Resort [] Pool [] Corporate Events [] VIP Suites for Purchase Are you placing an initial investment into the project?: Yes Comments: East Ares is willing to invest 80 million Swords, as we are in desperate need of a hotel in our luxury city that can service the needs of all the above services. Our region, Corporate States of Alirus, would also invest another 30 million Alirus Standard Units into the project if necessary, as East Ares is the hub for our regions International Airport.
We have reviewed your application with great interest. Some clarification, however, is needed due to our present circumstances.
Liquor Licensing Question - With regard to liquor and gambling standards at Montana Leon Resorts LLC, all resorts are operated and all managers trained according to the laws of the location where the resort is. In our home country of Montana Leon, for example, liquor consumption is restricted to individuals 21+. Typically, in resorts with status-oriented gambling and liquor laws, we do not allow guests to enter the bar or gambling areas without valid photo identification, such as a passport. These areas are "sectioned off" from the rest of the resort and are under surveillance at all times. Liquor is not permitted in the pool area, or in any other transitory areas where it could potentially be provided to a minor.
Opening of Multiple Resorts - Your application stipulates the opening of multiple locations across the Australian Republic. We are, of course, excited at the publicity this would bring for all involved. Unfortunately, our company has a strict policy of opening only one resort at a time. Our in-house construction crew, as well as the individuals responsible for store openings, are highly skilled at designing and constructing the resorts, and are in high demand at nearly all times. They maintain a very strict weekly rotation to ensure they can supervise our various 3rd-party contractors. It's important that they have an opportunity to see all of the resorts under construction in a given week in order to keep pace with contractual demands.
The reason that we cannot construct all of the resorts is because our contractors are currently fulfilling a significant historical renovation contract in Convallaria, and will be engaged for 21 months.
We are presently able to accommodate TWO resorts at a cost of $40 million. This is the best compromise we can offer, given the extremely high demand for new Montana Leon locations and our desire to have a variety of destinations and regions presented. We recommend a Sydney CBD Resort and a Gold Coast Resort. When it comes to the Tweeds vs Queensland dilemma, we recommend placing the Sydney CBD resort in Queensland so that both of the two resorts fall under similar legal jurisdiction. We can then cross-train the national and regional managers to be able to work at either resort.
The other option, and the only way we would be able to complete all of the resorts you desire (and to keep them in compliance with ordinances) is if you were to buy out Convollaria's contract. Without getting into technical details, the cost of legal fees and hiring crew members in the Australian Republic would cost $220M total.
We imagine that the marketing strategy for the resorts will largely involve Australia's booming nightlife.
Let us know which you would prefer: the two-resort option, or the option to build all resorts for $220M as specified.
Cheers to your success! Emanuel Esperet President of Operations, Montana Leon Resorts LLC
Dear Leonard Stupa, Private Section Enterprises Inc., East Ares
We have reviewed your application with great interest and we APPROVE the construction of the Utopis Resort.
Considering that it will be placed in a luxury urban area, our construction team will go with a very upscale design emphasizing bright lights, the gambling area, and the pool. We will create a large number of rentable rooms. As this is a regional resort, we will put particular effort into finding efficient transportation services and hiring the best valets we can possibly find. We will also construct a bus terminal so that coach buses can more easily off-load tourists from other areas.
Cheers to your success! Emanuel Esperet President of Operations, Montana Leon Resorts LLC

Hello. We're more than happy to know that you will follow do our liquor and gaming legislation. The two resorts sounds great, but please note that whilst Sydney and the Tweed share a jurisdiction, they are approx. 600 km apart as the crw flies (or roughly, 1 1/2 flight, and many people generally remain stationary when selecting carrers. On the other hand, Brisbane, QLD and Gold Coast, QLD, are approx. 1-1/2 hour drive from each other. We do not wish to hinder your operstions within othrr nations, so we shall not buy out licenses. Dear Miss Marie Erikson RE: Franchise Application - Montana Leon Casino & Resort
We have reviewed your franchise application and we are delighted to APPROVE the Greater Nordic Resort in Copenhagen.
Our team initially wanted to start a theme hotel in your area, but then we saw that Copenhagen's tourist numbers are through the roof. Thus, we concentrated instead on the bar and casino. It will be critical for your location to elicit business from the street, so we invested in a grand piano and a group of professional musicians on a 1-year contract. We have contacted some friends in the gaming industry in order to introduce a brand-new, exclusive gambling machine that I think the tourists and locals are really going to love. The project will take a bit of time to finish, but it's virtually cutting-edge in its technical design...if you get my drift.
Thank you very much for your investment. We will use it in part to fund the new gambling machines.

Dear Mr Esperet,
Please be advised that your request to setup an auto-payment to Burgunden Breueries for bar services has already been processed. We apologize for the extended processing time as we had to wait for the other party to sign up an account with us first. The auto-payment was processed retroactively, thus, two of your payments have already been withdrawn from your account and posted to theirs. Should you need to cancel the auto-payment, please advise us as soon as possible. Any payments that have already been posted to them cannot be reversed, unless if both parties will agree.
