To whom it may concern,

We announce that your passenger airline application, namely for Rising Cross Airways has been reviewed and denied. We would like to inform you that we are very strict on the 4-gate policy. Perhaps you'd like to split the 8 gates into 4 in terminal 1 and 4 in terminal 2 instead? Also, there will be a payment needed for the lounge construction, finalised as $7 million NSD. The price is negotiable. Preferred method of payment will be through the Sacrosanct Bank, but we accept other methods as well. We shall not go through the payment till we have agreed on the terms regarding the gates. If you agree to go through with the gates issue, you can apply again and it will be accepted. Thank you for your time.
