I, the Board, Ms. Fergueson, and many other executives are quite pleased by your proposal to allow us to make trips to your good nation, and we thank you for such.

However, some concerns arose regarding your nation’s policy on merchant liners being defensively armed; while our crews regularly experience and will comply to military inspection boardings, such as those in our own nation of Exodia, we do not know if any defensive armaments such as pintle-mount medium machine guns, hard-kill active countermeasures, and fire hoses, as well as the presence of armed PMCs and a firearm safe on board our ships, will violate any laws in your waters.

Since the changeover from the RoC to the Commonwealth, we've been getting rid of some old ships. This includes 4 transporters(3 Bayfield-class and a Landing Ship, Infantry) and an old Koenigsberg-class light cruiser(later upgraded with British equipment to a Battlecruiser). If you can't keep the Battlecruiser, find it a good home will you? It happens to have quite the story and apparently we don't have the funds to maintain it as a museum ship(We're already maintaining 39 museum ships, no need for more)

Are they old? Yes, a bit too so. But our Kaiser is rather sentimental, and since we don't have the money to maintain them as museum ships(We're currently undergoing a rapid modernization program), we wish to hand them off to you.

-Fought british in the Battle of Jutland. Sustained heavy damage.
-Mothballed at the end of WW1; converted into freighter to prevent British from seizing it

We’re flattered to report that it’ll make for a beautiful monument to Prussian Polish-Exodian relations, and the city will service her as a historical and cultural symbol for citizens and residents of German and Polish origins.
