I was wondering if you could help me with something. The Delmontese build enclaves across the globe on uninhabited islands off the coast of various nations with which it would like to trade. I will be blunt: I would like to add Exodia to our trade network and establish an enclave near your lovely archipelago nation.

Here are the benefits Exodia would see:

You might be wondering, why am I approaching you with this and not the official channels of your government. Well, I’ve often found that informal channels work best.
