The first version, V-War edition shall be exclusive to the Mana Prime, after all the first was exclusive to. It will have a better frame-rate, graphics, and resolution, and with the right TV, you will feel immersed standing in the game itself (which we highly recommend). And for those who has this version would have a free Dlc online voucher if you buy it on the first month. The Second version is the Mg Edition.
