We here at Phronaisia were very happy to receive your letter of acceptance regarding our mutual client, Ms. Langer Moiontes, and write now to confirm our acceptance of all your specified terms and conditions. Please consider the signatures on this memo to be our official consent to begin with Ieaielstun Music as a member of the label. This consent does not extend to any special obligations, restrictions, or prohibitions aside from the ones explicitly stated in the sign-on agreement.
Per your request I have included a pair of appendices, the first of which includes a number of dates available for Ms. Moiontes to visit your studio and record the intended sample; the second appendix is information useful to yourselves regarding her previous works to date, her professional history and her attributes as an artist. Concerning any additional agreements, liabilities, or obligations which may need to be approved respecting her contract with your label, I myself will be the sole competent authority to accept, deny, or review any of the terms and conditions and give legal consent. Additionally, to confirm any wages and salaries you should refer the details to myself for legal confirmation.
We intend to pay for Ms. Moiontes to fly to and from your location and to stay in the area. Any further expenses that may arise because of her trip will also be the responsibility of ourselves.
Thank you for your business with us, and for choosing Ms. Moiontes to be the next member of your recording team. She is an incredibly talented young woman with a tremendous sou.
We hope that you will really like what she has to add to your brand.
