First and foremost Shamalesia would like to thank Allanea for the invitation to join this great agreement to foster free trade amongst nations. after much consideration , The Republic of Shamalesia will to sign the Agreement as it supports free trade.

If ratified, the tariff and customs duty for import items will be greatly lowered. however the sales tax will remain as it is for both foreign and local goods and is very minimal and at the same rate.

We would like a reply from Allanea as soon as possible regarding the matter in order to be able to ratify the agreement
