Keldax Architectural Firm (KAF), formerly Keldax Architects is a Kebecois multiverse design, architecture, engineering and urban planning firm.

As of 2040, KAF is the largest Kebec-based architecture-engineering firm and the largest Atlantian Oceania interior design firm. The firm maintains more than 650 professional staff across a global network of 6 offices and is active in all major architectural specialties. Its senior leaders are located in several different locations across Kebec. This is its first foray into the international circle, plans for expansion have been circled for years, however, this is their first step to become a bigger, more recognized company on a global level.

History
Keldax Architectual Firm was formed from a merger of Passecau Firms and Keldax Designs in 2037, KAF is a well-known staple thru Kebec, an official government contractor, it has designed over two-hundred buildings since its conception nearly three years ago. KAF was established in Keldax, Odin Country, in 12037. The firm's name is derived from the city of origin, Keldax - known for its urban scene littered with crime and deplorable conditions, Keldax's founders intended to change tham from the get-go.
The firm's first building designs yielded Fyton Ridge Upper School, a now 5-smile rated upper-school in Keldax, the building was designed based on the image of a waterfall and built down, it was what established KAG on the scene and helped it win Kreativia Award for Best Architectual Design. The award yielded great publicity for the company as it moved forward with more aggressive designs, Correa P. Keldax-Felton Regional Airport was built under the designs commissioned by KAF a year later, by then KAF was really taking off, able to establish regional offices in both Sario (the nations' capital) and Calix City (the largest city). In 2040, KAF announced plans to go international and expand its reach to the international circuit, alongside launching interior design, relying on a relatively small crew of 650 employees to ensure a small devoted group of workers stayed with the job.

In 2039,KAF formed KAF-Sport, which as we speak is quickly becoming an rising star in the area of designing sport stadiums, arenas and convention centers.

Keldax Architectural Firm (KAF) has many services that it provides to our valued customers, we mainly provide custom-built buildings and developments, particularly in urban areas, usually, buildings (such as a fast-food reasturaunt) take 7 months while highly complex towers, skyscrapers or convention centers take upwards of 2-3 years, there is an RP policy & chart below that will help for determining how long your building will take and timeline info.

Houses: NN$37,000-N$5.5 million (depending on # of rooms and/or wealth class)
Apartment complex/Condo complex: N$2 million-N$10 million (depending on # of units)
Large buildings (Anything from schools to skyscrapers): N$3 million-N$600 million
Developments: N$2 billion-N$25 billion (depending on # of buildings)

KAF will only produce an architect within the timelines of 2015-2075 to have a decent form of modernity, post-modern or apocalyptic designs can be built.

This will include both scanning, photographing, filming, and copying of digital content, as well as creating 3D models of all museum quality objects to be available as printed 3D objects on demand including statuary, artworks, books, and other materials. This would be called the New Alexandria Project.
Detailed payment method and plan: We would pay an initial amount of $30,000,000 to design the initial project. We would then pay $3,000,000,000 for the construction of the complex. Another $100,000,000 a month for two years would be needed for the planning of moving large amounts of cultural materials to the complex, setting up the proper facilities for storing the original objects, and starting the process of mass digitization, and creating the 3D printing labs.
