The transport can carry up to 30 men and can travel up to 40 MPH. The H.A.T.T. also is equiped with 4 turrets to defend itself and friendly infantry.

Not to knock your thread, but more along the lines of giving advice, this has potential, but there needs to be a lot more work and research done into such a product. There's lots of resources and people to assist with mildesign on NationStates, I urge you to seek them out, or I can point you to the right direction. Perhaps you, with effort and research, can host the next Lyran Arms.
