Mr. Ferreri,
While we are very happy in your companies interest in Diplomatic Estates, we are afraid the office you have applied for is simply to large to be suited to the Estates. As the community is gated, and would only have a population estimated to reach 1200, That would be far too many people passing through the Estates' gates everyday. Beaumont is however the perfect place for an energy company, and we would like to differ you the UCS' Foreign Business Center to apply to open an office in the Beaumont area.

After conferring with UCS Department of State officials, it has been decided that foreign officials other than embassy staff may also purchase homes in the Estates.
This will, however be restricted to International Drive, but there is an expansion planned for if it becomes popular for foreign officials. So Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Heads of State alike that want a home away from home in beautiful Southeast Texas, with the security and relative privacy that is required of someone with that elevated of a position, apply within.
