CVille Foods is an airline catering company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Air Argentine. Its main catering facility is on the grounds of Argentinstan City International Airport (ARG).

We use the freshest produce and meats possible and prepare it to taste as good as the passenger were enjoying it on the ground rather than up in the air at 39,000 feet. Scientific studies have proven that one's taste buds work less effectively in the air so we did tamper with the taste but yet not adding too much seasoning. We used original secrets that our founders at CVille started to provide every passenger in the air with a meal they would never forget.
MENU
The listed below are passenger favorites. A full menu is provided onboard or by contacting a specific airline.
MAIN COURSE
~ Confit chicken with porcini mushroom sauce (Served with Parmesan polenta cakes, steamed asparagus and
roasted cherry tomatoes), with a drink (Apple juice, orange juice, blueberry smoothie, Coke, Sprite, wines (wine list available onboard), and side dish options (Mashed potatoes, Roasted potatoes with herbs, Sautéed vegetables, Steamed rice)

~ Chocolate Mousse (Served with a scoop of vanilla, chocolate chip, or mint ice cream)
~ Blueberry cheesecake (Served with a blueberry smoothie)
APPETIZER
~ Caviar (Served with a traditional selection of finely chopped onion, grated egg, sour cream and lemon, served with melba toast and blinis)
~ Asparagus soup (Creamy soup served with garlic and coriander croûtons)
LIGHT MEALS
~ Chicken Sandwich (Served with tomatoes, lettuce, chicken, and pickles between two pieces of fine wheat hamburger buns)
~ Salad (option of a chicken salad, caesar salad)
~ Salmon burger with lemongrass and chilli (Served with cucumber salad, wasabi mayonnaise and baked potato fries)
~ Assortment of pastries

HISTORY
CVille was founded in 1998 by two chefs on the grounds of Canary Beach International Airport aiming to serve meals to small regional airlines. Its first customer was Patagonia Airlines.
Air Argentine became its 4th customer in 2010 when it also purchased 20% of the company in a $4.39 billion euro deal. It was sold another 29% of the company in 2012 and in 2014 it acquired the remaining stock, becoming the parent company.

CVille Food has embarked on a new program to provide quality, healthy meals at public spaces and to the homeless and the low-income for free across the world.

Meals will be available at communal spaces, community centers, parks, and even delivered to residential homes.
