Greenport International Airport

Greenport International Airport (GIA) is located to the south of Greenport, the Santilandish capital and the second largest city in the country. It services Greenport and the surrounding areas including the towns of Northridge, Lintlemore, and Stundsville. GIA is the 2nd largest airport in the Santiland Republic after McDougal International in Applesburg. It has a capacity for 60 million passengers per year.

GIA is located in between the city districts of Midtown and Namreg which don't have any high rise therefore making one of the safest airports in the country. Thanks to its good location and highway access, one can access almost any part of the city from the airport - including Downtown Greenport (the main business and tourism center of the city). Downtown Greenport is where government buildings are located as well as Embassy Road making it good for diplomats and visiting nation leaders.

The airport has three terminals lettered A, B, and C. Terminal A is the international terminal, Terminal B is the domestic/regional, Terminal C is the charter terminal and Terminal D is for Blue Bird Airlines, its partners and subsidiaries. Each terminal has 30 with the exception of Terminal C which has 15 gates and Terminal D which has 60 gates. Lounges are available in all terminals. The airport currently has two parallel runways and one perpendicular runway. Although, an additional 2 runways are currently in construction. Two of the three runways are fit to allow landing of planes as large as the A380. The airport also has cargo terminal located south of runway 7L. The cargo terminal has a capacity of 234,000 tons of freight per day.

GIA is hub for Blue Bird Airlines (the flag-ship airline of Santiland) and one of its subsidiaries, Blue Bird Connect, the domestic subsidiary of the airline. Terminal D is solely for Blue Bird Airlines, its subsidiaries and partners. (OOC): Please note Blue Bird Airlines doesn't have a storefront yet.

Airport Security -

Airport security is provided by Rittlemore Security. Their offices are located near in Terminal A on the bottom floor near the exit to the main building.

Airport Authority -

The current airport authority of GIA is the Santiland Republic Civil Aviation Authority (SRCAA). Their office is located near the entrance to Terminal C (34 Terminal C Rd.).

Amenities, Services and Venues -

GIA proudly presents a wide selection of different amenities located in and around the airport. Amenities include, but not limited to, dining and a food court, clean bathrooms, lounges (Terminal A and C), shuttle bus, taxi stands, car rentals, hotels, three auditoriums, fast internet and more!

Re-fueling is provided by Santilandish company Armada Oil INC. The company produces quality oil from the oil reserves off the coast of Wertimer Island.

Terminal A - International

Terminal A is the international terminal and the busiest at GIA. Terminal A has two gates fitted for the A380 and B747. The airport has a food court with 15 restaurants and 23 more restaurants scattered throughout the terminal. It also has 17 stores and 4 duty-free stores. The airport also has a auditorium with a capacity of 150 people.

Terminal B - Domestic

Terminal B is the domestic terminal at GIA. The terminal has the same amenities as Terminal A except less restaurants at food court (10), less restaurants throughout the airport (15) and less stores (14).
