To: Byron Benedict, CEO, United Tours, Charellia

Hello Mr. Benedict!

We are most looking forward to increasing the opportunities for both new travel companies, and tourists alike, to enjoy all that there is to offer in our Confederacy. Please see our application to open a new tour route included with this correspondence.

I should also note that your group would not be the only one operating in this area of our nation, foreign nor domestic, but there always seems to be more demand for such organized tours from visitors to Neu Engollon lately than there are companies currently available to operate them. Hence we look to you to expand our tourist profile and also add to your available packages for international tourism.

Should there be any issues in setting this up, please don't hesitate to contact my office.

Sincerely,

Rosette Kozic,
Minister of Tourism & Culture
Confederacy of Neu Engollon

Greetings,
My name is Byron Benedict, CEO of United Tours. Thank you for your interest in our company. As you know, United Tours is always interested in expanding to international markets, and customer satisfaction and convenience is our highest priority.

The United Tour Board of Directors has reviewed your suggestion for the establishment of the Border Cove Cruise tour but unfortunately cannot approve it at this time. Cruises are an expensive and logistically complex undertaking, and operating one on the scale that you propose would be cost-prohibitive for our company. Our business model is based on selling self-contained tours to travellers throughout the world. The proposed tour does not work within this model due to its extraordinary length and free-form nature, not to mention the fact that its fixed starting point outside of Texkentuck makes it unlikely to appeal to many customers outside of Charellia. Given Charellia's small population we simply do not see there being enough demand for this service to make its operation feasible. That being said, we remain intrigued by Texkentuck's potential as a tourist destination and will welcome any future proposals for Texkentuck-based tours that are more compatible with our business model.

If you have any further inquiries, please direct them to my office.

Sincerely,
Byron Benedict

The United Tours Board of Directors has reviewed your suggestion for the establishment of the Alpen Brew Tour and Madurinite Riviera Coastal Tour in Neu Engollon and have decided to accept both. Based on our assessment this appears to be an ideal market for expansion, and we look forward to providing tourism services to your citizens. We are particularly excited about the potential of the Alpen Brew Tour as we have been exploring the possibility of offering brewery tours for some time and Neu Engollon's brew culture is legendary.
