Recently my nation created an airline but we are currently having problems with the design of livery fro our aircraft. We were wondering if any of the more experienced airline designers on Nationstates would tell us what program/website to design plane liveries.

I understand this post is way late to the party. There are multiple ways to design a livery and personally I like Photoshop. If this is out of your price range, there are other softwares.
