Oscar City International Airport
"Glad to help our friends prosper"
A notice to all that OCIA is owned and operated by the proud flagship Cavian airline CaviAir!

Current Weather Level: Green, Sunny, 3 mph NWN, 63F. No inclimate weather for the next 12 hours.
Current Security Level: Green, No reported abnormalities for the past 72 hours. Security on normal level.
Newsreel: HM King Oscar I recently visited the Cavian National Opera House and found it "highly cultured, yet underfunded".

Welcome to Oscar City, the capital and shimmering jewel of The Cavian State. Situated on an artificial island just three minutes away from global markets, powerful corporations, and the national government, the airport is the best place to start investing, whether it be passenger or cargo. We look forward to doing business with you!

The airport is comprised of five terminals, one domestic, two regional, two international, meaning the domestic terminal is only for Cavian airways, the regional terminals are only for those in The Delegation Of Gallifrey, and the rest come through the International Terminals.

Hangar service lets airlines store their aircraft. One airline per hangar. Use the same order form except without destination and flight number, and replace Terminal/gate number with hangar number. Thank you!

We are looking for a subway express sponsor. The Royal City Light Rail is looking to extend to T4 and T5. Any airline may apply by making a bid below.

Airport History
Oscar City, the capital of The Cavian State, had two airports: Rogers Airfield and Northwich Airfield. Rogers Airfield, the main airport, had two terminals, and with an average of 600 takeoff and landings per day, the airport was getting seriously overcrowded. Surrounded by the downtown, Oscar City International Airport was commissioned, and was completed in 2014 by CaviAir. CaviAir owns the airport, and the land it sits on. However, the airport is managed mainly by itself, and it is doing quite well. With over 1,100 takeoff and landings per day, the airport has also won the Animalian Mereo Awards in Safety twice since its opening.

Terms of Service:
You agree to manage your own airline, report finances, closures, etc, agree to pay damages to the airport or nation, not use the airport for private services.

Business Partnerships:
We are looking for business partnerships, to help build new terminals, hangars, services, and an addition to the Board of Directors.

Partnerships:
Volitopia(Hummingbird Flights)
Los Dopicos Island(Dopica Airways)

Board of Directors:
The Cavian State

To all,

We have two additional messages.

Our order form has changed. The additional query requests your airline's flight number, in the following format: XX123 or XXX123(e.g. BR12 or CX1335).

A new restriction allows only three gates maximum for one route, and a maximum of eight gates total for one airline in order to save space for other airlines.

Thank you for viewing this message and doing business with us, and sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We look forward to serving you and being partners in the sky.

Sincerely,
OCIA Manager James Lee

To all,

An exclusive deal will be signed with Volitopia that gives them the exclusive right to invest in new terminals. This is to strengthen regional ties.

The deal lasts ten months, and during that time period any terminal construction must be proposed or approved by The Cavian State with Volitopia.

Thank you.

I decline to accept this, as I think it would make the process slower and generally hurt your business.

The proposal for a business alliance between The Cavian State and Volitopia has been approved under the following terms.

Volitopia may:

Approve/disapprove of the opening of certain flight terminals
Add new sections or otherwise change them
But their decisions can always be nullified/changed by The Cavian State

To Volitopia, even though your Transportation Department has already confirmed the deal on the regional RMB, please announce your confirmation on this thread.

Thank you and good night to all.

Sincerely,
James Lee, OCIA Manager

To: The Cavian State.

Melbourne-Haven is the capital. Jackson is the city-state it is located in. West Phoenicia is the nation.

Due to a sign up error. I misspelt my nation name so any documents or notes should have it as West Phoenicia.

Dear Oscar City International Airport,

Kapum International Holdings would like to invest into OCIA. We are willing to provide funds to renovate terminals, provide passenger services, and so on and so forth.

We also have a storefront set up. Please view it and give us a reply.

Dear CEO Jared Bush:

After reviewing your proposal we have decided to accept your request. Once we have an upcoming terminal scheduled, you may suggest funds in return for equity.

Please confirm your decision, and once that is done the deal will last for nine months.

Thank you,
James Lee
