The Nachmere Ministry of Defence has requested us to inquire as to the option of NPS developing a special, modernized version of the Mi-24 Hind, for you to produce and sale. The Nachmere Armed Focres require only a few dozen helicopters of this kind. However, NPS production lines are currently full, and NPS can not produce these helicopters. If you agree you shall recieve the full production rights for the helicopter, shared with NPS. As payment for the production rights NPS will recieve 80 helicopters of this variant.

OOC: Are you aware of the actual costs of these helicopters? They range from $1,000,000 to $9,000,000 (i.e., are in millions). I don't see why would you sell them for a loss.
