Uniware Corporation is a TNC specialized in the IT sector. This conglomerate was founded in 2077 and is composed of two companies: Unovia Technologies Corporation (UTC) and Vrill Technologies Corporation, the biggest IT companies of The Democratic Nation of Unovia and Werreales respectively. Its creation was intended to pose as a potential competitor of the ATLAS group, a consortium owned by United Christian and known as the most influential private organization of the New World Union.
Vrill Technologies Company
Vrill Technologies (株式会社ヴリルテック, Vrill Co.) is an international Werre company specialized in the fields of computing, electronics, technologies of communication and information, leisure. Its headquarters are located in Tokyo, Japan however its design and decision-making activities are concentrated at Vrilltown in Keijoh City (Seoul), South Korea. Vill Technologies Corporation was founded in 1971 in Tokyo, Japan during the gradual emergence of New Information and Communication Technology. In its early years, the company enjoyed low popularity, marketing only televisions and electronic components to other Japanese companies in the sector. However, at the end of the 1970s, Vrill Technologies was placed under the direction of Satoru Fujiyama, who was close to the Minister of Innovation of the same period, and consequently benefited from important government investment in 1978 to 1989 in order to expand its activities. During this period, it commercialized VHS tapes and drives, PCs, printers, cameras and some game consoles, the most famous being the Vrillsquare (1987). During the 1990s, Werreales experienced a period of extraordinary growth and development thanks to its openness to international trade and the liberal market economy. This excellent conjecture enabled Vrill Technologies Corporation to impose itself as a leader in new technologies and electronics in both Japan and other Werreales provinces, particularly in South Korea where it acquired the competing conglomerate Samsung in 1995 and its famous Digital City at Keijoh (Seoul) which was renamed Vrilltown in January 1996.
