We, the recently established paramilitary organization and state The Gray Cabal, are opening up our international borders for trade and economical advancements and deals.
As a young state we have little to offer, but not too little, as the resources and exports that we can provide are all of great or at least good value.

We will accept any and all fair deals, which will be lucrative and beneficiary to ourselves as well as our counterpart.

We are putting forth no terms nor restrictions, just make an offer for trade and we shall analyze and break it down and, if it is an invaluable deal, we are willing to pass it.

We will also be open to any treaties or policies that any of you may suggest to ourselves.
Again, just make an offer and we shall asses the details.

This is a reasonable trade indeed, we agree to this handoff.

Now, as per amounts and frequency, we were thinking perhaps the following shipping frequency and amounts per shipment guidelines would be a good matchup;

•From The Gray Cabal- One freighter ship with 100 drums of oil, 200 crates of bananas with 50 bananas per crate, and 100 crates of cotton.

•In Exchange For- 100 crates/containers of each resource.

We will send the freighter to your nation where your imports will be unloaded, the ship will then load up your exports and refuel and return to our own nation immediately after the drop-off.

As for frequency, how does at the first and last day of the month sound?

All the terms and conditions of trade frequency and volume are deemed satisfactory to the state. Shipments will henceforth and indefinitely take place under the rules established, unless a change should be agreed upon by both our parties. No taxes will be set on imports (aside from the standard domestic sales tax in retail venues), nor exports. Should you have any further questions regarding New Equestrian trade policy, please consult the trade section of our Foreign Policy. We are glad to have acquired your partnership as an economic ally, and look forward to the possibility of conducting future expanded business.

This is very pleasing to know that our terms set well and that you have agreed to our suggested method of this deal.The first shipment shall reach your nation at the end of the month.
The freighter will bear our state banner, which is also our military flag mind you, so ensure that your people and officials know what to expect.
The crew will be unarmed and totally submissive, so do not fear any mishaps of any degree.
The ship's crew will only request fuel for the returning journey and nothing else.
