About Xirvo Coporation
Xirvo Corporation's was founded on July 2, 1914 by Captain William J. Atlas. Captain Atlas was recently discharged from the army about a year before Xirvo's founding as a company. It started out as a private security team for the government. But as its reputation Grew Captain Atlas decided to make it into a full company, they started by employing only the original members of the team. The reason for the founding of Xirvo Corporation was Captain Atlas was tired of government regulation holding the military back multiple times. So he left the military and decided to open up Xirvo Corporation. By 1925 Xirvo Cooperation was pushing 5 thousand employees strong. They had recently stopped a terrorist plot to blow up the House of Lords in the capital city, and were given full recognition as a highly effective and well trained force. From that point on Captain Atlas promised that Xirvo Cooperation's would be trained to the highest standard, train with the best equipment and above all else preform their jobs effectively. That its operators would server both parties to the fullest of their abilities and ensure the safety of the client and the operation.
Over the years Xirvo Cooperation has met the defense and security requirements of the New Roman Empire and other nations around the world. By 1954 Xirvo Cooperation's was employing 500,000 and was conduction operations worldwide. Xirvo Cooperation's has become a well known fighting force in the Empire and hires thousands of people each year. Operations are hired upon results from their training and all potential applicants are subjected to a background check to see their history. Over the years, Xirvo Corporation has been involved in many small conflicts and helped put down several riots such as those of the Riots of 1955 when the police banded together and attempted to take control of the state by force. But with hundred plus years of service, the Corporation has become a force known through out the Empire and well into the world.

Chairmen/CEO: Tiberius Atlas - Tiberius Atlas grew up in the wealthy Atlas family and the founding family of Xirvo Cooperation. Mr.Atlas servered in the Royal Guard for five years before enlisting him his father's Paramilitary Company. He is responsible for managing the financial side of the Cooperation as his father always thought accountants were always stealing money.
OCO (Operational Conduct Officer): Samuel Xan - The OCO is responsible for the rules on how the operations are conducted. They are in constant contact with their commanders from the HQ to the battle field. They are also responsible for getting the men their pay checks and keeping track of loses on the battlefield and the number of active assets. But he also keeps track of the equipment coming in and out.

Xirvo Corporation are not responsible for any of its people in operations outside the Empire. We are also not responsible for a death or failed operation, money is nonrefundable. You are resonsible for the deaths of Xirvo Corporation operatives. We are not responsible for any damaged property during a operation of any kind. We are not liable for any civilian, children's, minor's deaths. We are not responsible for any broken bones or any near death experience. We would like to remind you again, you do this at your own risk.
As we are an international company, we respect the laws and founding documents of the nation. We also respect the choice of a nation allowing us to establish a operating base in their nation or not. But the benefits are very good. You would have a quick response to contracts that are in your nation. If you are attacked you will be able to get assistance right away, Plus we don't hire people from our country and send them there. No we recruit your citizens to fill those jobs, So your people who don't have jobs will be employed. We reserve the right to attack a specific terrorist or group if we are attacked. We reserve the right to hunt the man down in the country without government consent, but all laws will be followed.

Training
State of the art Training grounds
Xirvo Cooperation takes pride in our state of the art Training grounds. We train our operators in CQC, Assault, infiltration, urban warfare and traditional warfare. Out of each class of recruits only 40% of them make it into the Cooperation. The training is intense and there are few regulations, recruits are pushed past the brink of breaking. the only thing save about the Cooperation's training is no live ammo is fired at other recruits. Melee combat and other forms of combat are real, our operators learn from their mistake and go through a 24 hour torture prep and survival simulation. Our operatives will die before giving away important info and know how to extract info and will do so at all costs. Training lasts for about six months and then the recruits are assigned a location and are on probation. Failure is not an option here, if a Operator fails he/she is fired from the company.

Xirvo Cooperation has broken down how we price our operations. The more Operators your hire the more costly it will get, plus the addition of the risk factor of the conflict. For instance a nation at war will pay more for a force than a nation at peace will. Another factor is the time frame, the larger they are there the more costly it will get. So the amount of troops, the risk factor and the time frame all contributes to the total cost of the operation. Also the Specialists are available for just about every operation and situation, though they are more expensive, they are the elite Operators.
