We would like to have the Sorteria MEADIN installed on the Oan Isles, as soon as possible. We will bear the costs of transporting and accommodating your engineers as they install the system and train our officers to operate it.

We would welcome the construction of a factory. We have set aside 3km² for testing and construction of the actual facility. We will bear the construction costs for the basic infrastructure and the carbon emissions controls systems. Firstly, it must be understood that the M60ERAS is a versatile weapons platform. It, in shape, size and function, acts as any ordinary artillery shell fired from a 155mm rifled barrel on any artillery platform, whether that be a towed howitzer or Self-Propelled Gun. The M60ERAS, however, is a smart munition. This being the case, some equipment is necessary to ensure proper communication between the round and the targeting transmitter, though this usually only comes in the form of a small programming unit that can easily fit inside a Self-Propelled Gun within the crew compartment. Additionally, this system can be integrated into base functions in the mobile fighting unit to ensure smooth lines of communication. That said, the M60ERAS can be fired accurately, effectively, and within nominal ranges from any platform that provides the appropriately sized bore for the munition.

The best way to think of the Overlord round is to think of it as a JDAM fired from the ground rather than the air. It is a GPS-guided smart munition with accuracy within 6 to 10 meters, regardless of visibility. This round is designed to be able to engage the enemy from a stationary towed howitzer position inside a FOB or elsewhere, and also being capable of hitting targets accurately, even when its platform has changed firing positions an infinite amount of time.
