The RSI has devoted their selves to help improve regions of NationStates as much as we can if they wish. Only the Delegate or Founder may request a session with us and a Member will be in-charge of the session according to that member's speciality and use that to improve the region. We also have Optional regional rating if the region wants to find out how well they have been using the region. Evolved from New Aglore, the RSI has helped others in many ways and we hope we are doing our job properly.

2) Two Star- Fine, few features that can slightly captivate members, average community.

3) Tri Star- Average, good features that captivate their members, friendly community.

These people are chosen to give short sessions of improvement to regions according to their speciality, if a region lacks style, a style expert will come to your attention! We have lots of experts here that can help development of your region!

Mr. Tue T. Orial

Mr. Orial has devoted his life writing manuals, scripts, and especially tutorials. He was found in his office writing a manual for Eating by the RSI and decided to hire him. He is special in starting-up small regions and usually gives the longest sessions. He has been the oldest member of the RSI and has helped many individuals in starting their region.

Dr. Reece Q. Tement

Dr. Reece was an expert therapist but he was fired after he accidentally burned some patient files, he was found drinking in a bar by the RSI and he was eventually hired after the RSI found out that he could easily convince someone. He is special in recruitment and avoiding members from leaving.

Ms. Fab U. Loús

Ms. Fab is a wealthy fashion designer that many hired for pageant designs, she eventually got bored by making clothes and decided to give style to other things too, she learned programming and architecture online and eventually became a simple house designer and even a website stylist. The RSI knew she would be perfect for the crew so we hired her. She is special in design and style in your region or region's features!

Prof. Fred Lee

Prof. Lee is a university teacher in Drama and won 4 New Aglore Awards for Expert Education. He was very popular and friendly to his students which attracted opportunities to him. A movie studio wanted to hire him for a new movie but he declined and wanted to stick to his old job, the studio started spreading false rumors about Prof. Lee which killed his reputation. He lost his job and nobody wanted to hire him except the RSI, who hired him for the council. He is special in building a self-sustaining and friendly community in regions.

Mr. Daniel 'Dean' Oakwood

Mr. Oakwood is a multi-millionaire New Aglore Entrepreneur that owns New Aglore Logistics and Co. and the New Aglore Financial Bank. He was living a happy life until the New Aglore Logistics and Co. fell, he was depressed and found crying in a hotel room by the RSI. He was hired after his proffesionality and is the last member of the Improvement Council. He is special in concluding big and proffesionality regions and giving small pointers.

Registration Rules and Regulations

1) The region to be registered must have more than 5 members and a present Delegate.
2) All eligible regions are welcome to register.
3) Only the Founder/Delegate can register.
4) The Founder/Delegate that registered CANNOT have more than 3 puppets in the region.
5) A region can be re-rated by the RSI if you think you deserve a different rating but it must have a difference the next time you want to be re-rated. A region can only be re-rated 5 TIMES and no exceptions.
6) After rated, your region will be listed in our list of rated regions.
