Mr. Ferdinand Henrick
President of Stephen Retail

Mr. Ferdinand Henrick is the President of Stephen Retail, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Stephen Prime Holdings Corporation. He has been heavily involved in the development and growth of Stephen Retail into the world-class brand it is today. Mr. Henrick first joined Stephen Retail as a part of the Product and Labels division in 1983. In 1990 he was made Senior Vice President and actively advocated for the strategic partnership with the group's shopping malls. In 1994 he was made President of Stephen Retail and was elected to the Board of SPHC.

Mr. Matt Raffles
Vice President, SR Department Stores

Mr. Matt Raffles is known for modernizing SR Department Stores, and redefining customer shopping experience. Mr. Raffles took his bachelor's degree in Business Management, cum laude, and Master's in Business Administration, with distinction, from the prestigious Prince Davies School of Business. He was President of the Jeltronian Retailers Association, a non-stock, non-profit organization established to promote the retail business in Jeltornia, from 2005-2009. In 2009 he joined Stephen Retail as Vice President for SR Department Stores.

SR Department Stores will cost NS$50,000,000.00 per store, inclusive of royalty fee. In addition there is an annual service fee equivalent to 5% of gross sales. Average income per store is NS$153,000.00 per day, which translates to about NS$1,000,000.00 per week.

Each SR Department Store will have access to all products, labels officially offered in the company's chain of department stores.
