The Queensport International Airport is (IATA: QPI, ICAO: LZIQ) is an international airport in the state of Faywe, the Federation of Fiorya. It is the country's largest and most busiest airport, and accounts a little under 40% of Fiorya's air passenger traffic. It is partly owned (49%) and operated by the Revstein Property Development Corporation of the Revstein Holdings Corporation.

Terminal 1, Queensport International

Queensport International sits on the site of a former military base which opened a small airstrip in 1958. Four years later, the airport was opened to civil aviation until finally it was turned over the local government for use as the new international gateway of the Fioryan capital. in 1964, the first passenger terminal was finally built, including the first expansion of the airstrip and other upgrades.

In 1988 the authorities decided to build a new terminal that was opened for public use in 1993. In 1995, the entire airport was modernized.

In early 2016, Revstein Holdings Corporation acquired 49% of Queensport International, including responsibility over the finance, operation and maintenance of the airport, including the construction of new terminals and other airport buildings and the installation and commissioning of new equipment for the airport's modernization.

MAIN PASSENGER TERMINALS

Terminal 1

Terminal 1 is the regional and international terminal of QIA. It was first built in 1993 to replace the original passenger terminal and again upgraded in 2000. In 2016, after the Revstein Holdings Corp take over of the airport, Terminal 1 was again modernized and given a fresh new look. All gates in the terminal are fitted with aerobridges to ensure maximum comfort and convenience to passengers.

Terminal 2

Terminal 2 is the domestic terminal of QIA. The building was constructed in 2000 alongside other major upgrades undertaken by the airport administration in an effort to modernize QIA. As with the entire airport, the terminal received a fresh new look, and again was upgraded in January 2016 after Revstein Holding Corp bought a 49% stake and took over the airport's operations and maintenance. All gates are fitted with aerobridges.

Terminal 3

Terminal 3 is the newest terminal of QIA, and serves the hub of Fioryan Air and also the site of its corporate headquarters. In addition, Terminal 3 houses the Executive Flights Terminal, which has its own check-in facilities for premium passengers and where transportation to aircraft in any of the other terminals is by personal buggy.

QIA Cargo Terminal
The Cargo Terminal is the central hub which facilitates the transportation and movement of cargo in QIA. Phase 1 of the cargo mega terminal was completed by 2000 and the second phase of expansion was scheduled for completion in late 2007. By the end of 2016, the cargo terminal is expected to be able to handle a cargo capacity of 3.2 million tonnes after the third phase of expansion.

QIA General Aviation Terminal
The GAT handles all civil aviation operations other than scheduled air services and non-scheduled air transport operations which are for remuneration or hire. General aviation flights range from gliders and powered parachutes to corporate business jet flights.

QIA understands that the complexities and rush of modern travels maybe confusing and a bit disorienting, especially to the first-time traveler. That is why we have several information and help desks located in strategic areas of our airport which are readily accessible by passengers and guests. Information about the airport, available flights, shops and other establishments, immigration and or custom matters maybe first raised and addressed by our welcoming staff at Information and Help.

Concierge
QIA Concierge help our passenger make restaurant reservations, book hotels, book transportation, coordinate porter service (luggage assistance request), procure tickets to special events, and assist with various travel arrangements and tours of local attractions. Concierge also assist with sending and receiving parcels.

The lounge is for the NorthernMiles customers, but paying customers can use the lounge as well, for a small fee. Our lounge has a full service bar and snack area, along with private meeting rooms, telephones, wireless internet access, a small library, and other amenities.
