The Queensport International Airport is (IATA: QPI, ICAO: LZIQ) is an international airport in the state of Faywe, the Federation of Fiorya. It is the country's largest and most busiest airport, and accounts a little under 40% of Fiorya's air passenger traffic. It is partly owned (49%) and operated by the Revstein Property Development Corporation of the Revstein Holdings Corporation.
Terminal 1, Queensport International
Queensport International sits on the site of a former military base which opened a small airstrip in 1958. Four years later, the airport was opened to civil aviation until finally it was turned over the local government for use as the new international gateway of the Fioryan capital. in 1964, the first passenger terminal was finally built, including the first expansion of the airstrip and other upgrades.
In 1988 the authorities decided to build a new terminal that was opened for public use in 1993. In 1995, the entire airport was modernized.
In early 2016, Revstein Holdings Corporation acquired 49% of Queensport International, including responsibility over the finance, operation and maintenance of the airport, including the construction of new terminals and other airport buildings and the installation and commissioning of new equipment for the airport's modernization.
