Establishes:
The Heartless Free Trade Network (H.F.T.N) establishes a market-based free-trade of goods and/or services between the Unified Heartless States (UHS) and its trade partners as covered under this agreement. Unilateral Partners, as defined here, are nations who partake in a free trade between the UHS and all other Unilateral Partners with the value of goods and/or services set by the makets' of those nations involved. Bilateral Partners, as defined here, are nations who partake in a free trade of goods and/or services between the UHS and only the UHS with the value of goods and/or services set by the markets' of the UHS and the nation involved. As set by these terms the founder will determine entry of both Bilateral and Unilateral Partners, though entry may be hindered if an open statement of resources has not been released to the public by the city/nation state in question.
Amendment One:
By vote, the H.F.T.N has created a legislative assembly to deal political and economical issues as related to international trade. Those that wish to take part in this legislature will have to become Legislative Partners, those already in a trade partnership can migrate their status into the Legislative Partnership. This partnership will be treated the same as the Unilateral Partner, holding all of the same rights and responsibilities therein, with the additional rights and responsibilities given with the Legislative Partnership type.
Trade Survey:
As per the Executive Action Act, the H.F.T.N will take survey of all active free trade blocs/organizations/networks in the NSworld and any potential trading opportunities so as to give member-states of this great network the opportunity of greater international free trade relations. It should not be assumed that the H.F.T.N has any specific relations to those listed, simply because they are listed.
