What is the proposed price for the DPR for the Tactical Gladius? Since the R90 is not available for DPR, we can commit to purchasing a $20 million amount of R90's with a guaranteed procurement of an additional $1 million per year.

DPR for the Tactical Gladius is available for a low sum of $1 million.

It is a sword. It is not very hi-tech.

As per the agreement, $120 billion NationStates dollars has been transferred to Mulligan Bank for the environmental remediation of High Treefolk. As I write equipment is being sent over via solar powered automated barges, and heavy lift cargo airships. Specialists from Ectotechnics Institute are arriving ahead of the ships. They will assay what needs to be done in combination with expert systems. We believe this agreement will be mutually beneficial. We have need of large amounts of scrap and recycled steel, iron, copper, aluminum, nickel, brass, plastics, pvc and other metals and materials. With a population of over 800 million people in High Treefolk and a large electronics industry, we believe that we will be able profitably both remediate and collect waste for a variety of purposes. The e-waste will allow us to start a refurbished computer and electronics industry, build a supply of spare parts, and improve our understanding of electronics. In addition, what cannot be recycled easily will be turned into energy, we will be testing our new triple wave reactors which run on nuclear waste, gasifying landfills, converting human and animal waste to biofuels, converting organic wastes into burnable pellets and compost, and testing our ability to destroy medical waste and highly toxic waste using plasma conversion.

In addition we hope to confirm our ability to clean waterways using living machine systems, and remove toxins from the ground with bioremediation (plants like sunflowers, mustard plants, special grasses, and bushes.) and green chemistry. We will providing bins for organic waste, plastics, glass, metal and paper containers for the consumer. In additional we will arrange to have pickup days for electronics and batteries. Also, we will pickup vehicles and furniture at the end of their lifecycle for conversion.

Our automated recycling factories will include expert systems to sort and process materials into their component parts. We will be testing a new AI system for the sorting of recycled goods as well. People and industry will be able to bring their excess metals and materials to onsite locations.
