After reviewing the submitted documents your company was kindly enough to provide, our government hereby requests the purchase of an initial batch of fifteen (15) T-95ALs main battle tanks (MBT) with options for another one hundred and sixty-eight (168) T-95ALs once delivery of the first batch of fifteen T-95s is completed.

Our government also requests any and all: support equipment, communications equipment, sensors, spare and repair parts, test sets, batteries, laptop computers, publications and technical data, training and training equipment, systems integration support, Quality Assurance Teams and a Technical Assistance Fielding Team, contractor technical, engineering, and logistics support services, and other related elements of logistics and program support to ensure the successful integration of the Type 217ALC into Commonwealth service. We have currently estimated the total program cost at $1.83 billion.

Lastly, our government hereby Resubmit’s its inquiry if DPRs (Domestic Production Rights) can be acquired for the 2A83 cannon itself and if so, at what price.

While we will of course handle your order if you insist, we cannot in good conscience recommend the use of the KHI Sparrow as a coast guard helicopter, a mission for which it lacks the requisite sensors, does not possess any room to mount them, nor does it have any room for any rescue equipment, or an individual to operate the requisite sensor. What you're buying is a sports ultralight helicopter with a machinegun and two Kornet-EM launchers attached to it, plus an infrared vision screen of limited performance. At no point has the KHI Sparrow been designed or intended to carry out any search and rescue patrols, patrol for enemy submarines or shipwreck victims. Should it encounter shipwreck victims, it will be able to at best radio for their position for another helicopter, or possibly use its guided missiles to take them out of their misery. Nor are they treated with the requisite chemicals to maximize sea salt tolerance.

We understand the difficulty your nation is experiencing. If you absolutely insist on purchasing these helicopters, Kazansky Heavy Industries will ship them to you, however we cannot recommend the use of this product for this purpose. We suggest you contact Lyran Arms or Covenant Arms to see if they have a product capable of meeting your needs. Failing, you should apply to membershp in the CAPINTERN. If your nation is as poor as to be unable to afford the appropriate hardware via the aforementioned suppliers, it likely qualifies for financial assistance via CAPINTERN membership and will not be made to pay a membership fee.

You are correct that KHI Sparrow is not designed for search and rescue operations. We appreciate that your company showing good faith and assisting us beyond the processing of the application. But our order of the helicopter is for particular missions only, policing customs areas, reconnaisande missions and anti-piracy operations. We believe that the aircraft can fuldill these roles.

This is a somewhat unusual application of the aircraft and we're willing to confirm your order.

If you permit us to have some (at least partial) access to usage records of the aircraft in service, we are willing to provide you with a 10% discount (essentially, providing the aircraft at cost). This will allow us to produce additional products and provide better customer service.

The Tre Ordland would like to purchase your Marsupial vessel. We would like to purchase two custom ones. One to be outfitted for special forces seal teams; this one we would like two hamsters with any stealth modding you may have available for them.
