Yes, you are correct that we are proposing to provide capital for the development of the mini-jerry cans for your product lines in return for some level of exclusivity of distribution to the civilian hospitality industry. That sums it up nicely.

As for other product sizes and lines, as it comes down to alcoholic and other beverages: Yes, we would appreciate having the ability to market and sell them as well, on your behalf, taking our share of commission, but I don't see that it would be a large part of the sales, nor would we put any focus on marketing them to the degree that we would market the 1 Liter jerry can products.

Mainly, the appeal might be to military personnel of the various national militaries who are already consumers of your larger size products, both serving off-duty, and retired, who would have brand recognition of Barleycorn Tactical Liquors. A secondary market would, of course, be those adults who idolize the military, but for whatever reason, have not served in the military themselves. At first, it would be a fun novelty on the civilian market, but with time, they could be fostered into solid, heritage brands. Eventually, you may want to consider licensing the containers to other companies, and we could certainly help you do that.
