Notice of Cease and Desist from Advertisement and Export

It has come to our attention that the Allanean Defence Corporation has begun sale of a product by the name of "Qare Qat Energy Drink" containing Khat extract. As per the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap. 134), the possession, distribution and export of any item containing Khat or its active ingredient Cathinone is strictly prohibited under federal law. As such, the following will be required -

• The Allanean Defence Corporation will cease and desist the advertisement of the Qare Qat Energy Drink, and any other product containing chemicals controlled under the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance in all states, territories and overseas territories of the Federal Republic of Nacrad.
• The Allanean Defence Corporation cease to fulfil, or continue fulfilling, any orders from Nacrad of the above-mentioned product, unless when authorised expressly by the Commissioner of Customs and Excise in a written manner.

To clarify our policy on this matter:

1) No such organization as an Allanean Defense Corporation exists. We believe that you have meant Allanean Defense Exports, which is of course the umbrella organization representing a range of defense and dual-use product exporters abroad. It represents also Bloody Hare LLC, as its energy drinks are available also as a military-issue soft drink.
2) Allanean Defense Exports, and Bloody Hare LLC, do not maintain a marketing presence in markets where their products are illegal, as such a presence would expose these organizations to criminal and civil liability and physical risk.
3) Of course, nobody can stop a person from buying a soft drink in Allanea and attempting to smuggle it to Nacrad through various means, but our organization does not maintain a smuggling effort.
4) Bloody Hare, LLC, maintains a variety of other product lines, including a series of caffeine-based energy drinks that do not contain qat, cocaine, or other typically-prohibited substances, and you're welcome to them if you want any.

Thank you for your clarification.

This is strange. We have intercepted a shipment of said drink, which our laboratories have confirmed do contain Cathinone along with cocaine, ranging from traces to some 70 mg per liter, in the state of Oswain. Furthermore, we clarify that we do mean the "Alleanan Defence Corporation" (which we have assumed is an alias of your corporation), which is the corporation launching such advertisements on social media. If you do not go by the name "Allanean Defence Corporation", we suspect that there is a fraudulent organisation masquerading under a name similar to yours.

It is highly appreciated if any information on the sale of the Qare Qat Energy Drink and any other products containing banned drugs to a Nacradian corporation and/or address can be revealed for investigation purposes.

Dear friends!

Your message has been relayed to us by the legal counsel at Allanean Defense Exports. In a general sense, our organization operates in a country whose drug laws are somewhat different from Nacrad. On the other hand, we do not wish to expose ourselves to legal action for something we simply did not do. In light of this, we decided to aid with your investigation in the best way we can.

We have not, at this present moment, produced a drink with the specifications you describe, first of all because we have not conducted any testing into the safety of combining cathinone and cocaine in a single drink, and second, in any event, because our quality control procedures are not in any way as haphazard as to vary the cocaine content as described.

We produce, as of the present, two principal products that contain substances that are considered prohibited drugs under Nacrad law as it is known to us. The White Hare contains a small amount of cocaine per can (intended to produce a light sensation of alertness and euphoria), which is approximately 10 mg per 330 ml can, or about 30 mg per liter, and Qare contains approximately a standard doze of qat per 330 ml can. In a broad sense, all of our drinks without exception are intended to be used in the context of providing only mild intoxication, and our non-alcoholic products are largely compatible with enjoying sports activities, operating sports equipment such as parachutes, motor vehicles, etc. (The alcoholic product range is currently limited to an 8.2% ABV caffeinated drink, and is obviously not recommended for such use).

We appreciate that you cannot trust our organization (as after all, in the light of your culture we are drug dealers). We are happy to provide your organization with samples of our products (delivered in a manner that would assure they would not be 'diverted', a tour of our quality control laboratories, and a broad explanation of our quality control processes.

We have no export agreements with any organization registered in Nacrad at this juncture nor do we produce anything such as the product you described. As we cannot of course prove a negative, we can provide sworn statements by key personnel denying such allegations.

The questions brought up by Hammond Motors do raise several points. The questions will be answered in a responsible manner.

1. Civilian usually means persons, but in this case, it would mean cargo. Our Arabia-class civilian transport is designed to transport only persons, not their belongings or fiscal assets. we have no civilian cargo transports
2. They would be going through rough, rocky terrain on average, and on average 700 kilometers, although there would be instances of off-road rough terrain.
3. As stated before, these are meant to transport properties. The bed and dumping mechanism would be removed and replaced by a canopy, along with a cabin for crews to reside in. To the back of the vehicle, a hitch would be added with the intent of a trailer made from the dumping bed, with a canopy attached to the aforementioned bed. Axles, wheels, tires, etc. will be provided by us. The reason for the trailer is for more shipping space and less wasted engine power.

Should any alternatives do exist, we will gladly accept those alternatives.
