The United Socialist States of Shiatoru would like to inquire about a potential military purchase. Our military has not faced a major engagement since the early 1990s and is woeful need of upgrading. In particular, our air force is in desperate need of intercept-capable fighter planes for the purposes of domestic airspace defense. We need a vehicle that is versatile enough to both intercept and bring down any craft it is required to. We would like to inquire if the Su-33AL meets these specifications, and if so, how many you would be willing to manufacture for our use in a short timeframe and on a reasonably small budget of $5.5 billion NSD.

In addition, in compliance with Shiatoruan laws and socialist ideals that are unfortunately not always reachable in the current capitalist world order, we wish for assurance that these weapons were manufactured in an ethical fashion, by workers that are paid a proper wage, work in a safe environment, receive proper rest and work-life balance, etc. In return, we are of course happy to answer any required questions. The proposed bid identified a requirement for the T-100 to be able to fire the 152mm 'Kornet' ATGM, specifically the 'Kornet-EM' export variant which the Republic of Hrstrovokia holds a local production license for. In this instance, the 'Kornet-EM' versions 9M133M-2 (tandem HEAT), 9M133F-2 (thermobaric), and 9M133F-3 (blast fragmentation) are identified as the ATGMs to be adapted to be fired from the T-100's 2A83 152mm cannon.

It is envisaged that the T-100 will be fielded in Heavy Tank Battalions. These units will reinforce Tank and Mechanised Infantry Divisions and seek to engage opposing Tank units outside their own effective engagement range using 'Kornet' ATGMs with targeting information provided by Drone-40.

Upon review of T-100 specifications, the Military Procurement Office may delete the requirement to use the 'Kornet' as a GLATGM in favour of 'Nike' IF local production license for this munition can be acquired under the previous bid of $1.5 billion. Ability to fire all other shells will be restored.
