We have reviewed several models from various manufacturers around the world, and we are pleased to notify that the Imperial Navy, the Defence Bureau and the Imperial Assembly have all agreed to choosing Alldefexport's product, specifically the model Navaja-class SSK. We believe that your product fits our specification requirements well and that it shall be right choice for us.
The Defence Bureau shall procure 4 Navaja-class submarines for a price of $1,2 billion. The amount will be transferred into your account(s) as soon as you have accepted our order. You may find the list of registration number and names for each of the vessels attached to this letter.

Our partners in the Duchy of Snogohsia are happy to assist a fellow monarch in the rearmament of their national forces, and the company making the submarines is currently securing subcontractors to building the KKM Kerispatih, KKM Rencong, KKM Terapang and KKM Mandau. Moreover, we have decided, due to the nature of your country as a potential trade partner and business partner to both Allanean Defense Exports in general and Eirin Maritime Shipyards in particular, to gift to your nation the following items:
x1 Emergency Training System, consisting of a simulated submarine section, which can be tilted on hydraulic props, and be used to train crews for onboard fires without endangering an actual submarine, and while keeping crew risks to a managed minimum (in other words, it's a large steel box with the insides made to the shape and size of submarine interior compartment, for the purpose of replicating onboard fires and other accidents for training purposes).
X10 Simulated Torpedo Tubes for submariner and diver training (i.e. to prepare submariners and divers for the reality of having to exit a submarine through the torpedo tubes with minimal danger, the training devices are put up on land, and flooded with water to simulate what happens when a diver or submariner exits through the tubes. Because the training devices are on land, they can be rapidly and safely emptied of water if the trainee encounters an accident of any kind).
In addition, various memorabilia (in the vein of models of the Navaja-class for posting in senior commanders' offices, posters, and other items of this kind, to include a single gold-plated model of the Navaja class as a gift to your most noble monarch) will also be sent.
