The course was three kilometers long, designed primarily to test speed. A gun range was elsewhere near the course; tests for firing has completed already. The course was dirt; there would not usually be pavement on a tank battlefield. The surrounding area was flat as far as the eye could see, but that was the East Island for you. At the starting area was built a large two-level viewing complex, with stands and windows on the second floor, and conference rooms and a buffet on the first, because no meeting is complete without a buffet.

The Cordian army brass watched on as three tanks dashed through, climbing over trenches and hills as they went. They had been loaned or purchased secondhand elsewhere. One stood out in this test; the Warg. It was much faster than its competitors, clocking in at 90kph at maximum speed. The electric engine had been installed in each tank and had performed very well so far. A gasoline or diesel engine in a nation with no oil reserves was less than feasible, and Cordia had plenty of electricity to spare.

The Armor brigade commander was most enthusiastic about the tanks. “Tell you what, I’d be more than happy to get 240 of the fuckers. This is exactly what we need. I’m tired of playing around with Polar Bears or Foxes or whatever the local smart car manufacturer makes for us.”

The Army had a hell of a time convincing the Assembly to divert funds from healthcare and education for military modification. But the facts were there; the military was an antiquated force that desperately needed renewal. Only the Navy had reasonably good equipment anymore, thanks to the efforts of Jutland Shipyards.

The Voltigeurs were also a hit with the army. Such firepower and protection had never been seen on an IFV flying the Cordian flag. In fact, as they were needed in such numbers, the Army elected to buy DPRs for both the vehicles and guided missiles, expecting them to be a big hit for export from Cordia.

After extensive testing, the Cordian military has determined that Allanean Arms produces the best options for AFVs given Cordian military doctrine and situation.

The Cordian Army wishes to purchase 240 T-100 Warg tanks, as well as DPRs for the BMP-3M-AL Voltigeur and its guided missiles.
Engines will be manufactured in Cordia, so our purchase offer per vehicle is lower than the usual. This is up for negotiation.

OOC: Basically we are the west coast of South America with a DGP of about 41 trillion dollars. We need these tanks to modernize our military force as we have been getting involved in a lot of war recently and we just thought to bulk order all of these military vehicles now instead of buying them over time.

In particular, the President has ordered my department agency to ramp up its efforts on examining the environmental impact of shipping lanes we patrol as well as the impact on natural wildlife. While most of our work deals with tropical, sub-tropical, and mild climates, we have very few assets in which to traverse arctic and sub-arctic climates. I was suggested to your export storefront from several colleagues in the military and, while browsing your wares, have come across the Glacier-class Icebreaker. I find this to be a suitable alternative than constructing our own design as well as other international products. I would be very interested in acquiring the DPR rights for this to begin constructing a small fleet for use in environmental assessment as soon as possible.

If it (the rejection) is because you don't want YN to be involved or mentioned in the war, I perfectly understand, and was thinking that the order would most likely arrive when the war was completed anyways. I just thought to myself that "Hey, this all looks cool, perhaps I'll give it an order!"
