We would like to present our reasoning behind the high order count however, so you may make a fully informed decision on the matter. Our intent is to couple each Hood class vessel with a Longsword Class supercapital ship, from Lyran Arms, of which we have 14. We believe the strengths and weaknesses of each vessel are highly complimentary and that each ship would be best suited to be paired with a “sister-ship” of the other class. If you reject this, then we understand and will continue forward with purchasing the maximum number of the ships that you are willing to sell.We would communicate to you the names of the vessels once we know the number of vessels you intend to sell us.

In regards to our order for the Generosity Class, we ask that the vessels be painted in the traditional hospital scheme of white with the distinct red markings. Removal of the anti-air weapon systems is not necessary, however, though the machine-gun armament is not needed.

In regards to the Rhongomiant missile, a manticore and whirlwind compatible launch pod is referred too. We would intend these as our primary platforms, in which these missiles would be used, and would like to inquire as to the costs of acquisition for these launch platforms.

One is that we will require 13 names, of course, for our records, but this is a matter we understand you'll communicate once the sale is agreed upon.
The other one is that if we confirm this order, it will amount to approximately $1,000 for each of your citizens! (Rounded of course) In this situation we are not clear how you're going to pay this vast sum. We regret that you have declined to accept our order. We believe that there may be some misunderstandings about our great nation, which is entirely understandable given our obscurity on the world stage. We would like to take the opportunity to set the record straight and hopefully convince you to change your mind about our nation.

1. The nation has recently been undergoing a period of extreme stress and civil strife. This is because several close advisers to the Leader have recently called for an abolishment of practices they rightfully call barbaric, such as corporal and capital punishment. Though progress is slow, the government and the people are both working towards improving civil rights and eliminating old and outdated traditions.

2. The so-called "nations" that form our so-called "coalition" are merely unruly rebels, taking advantage of the aforementioned civil strife to advance their own interests and hinder the our government's progress towards improving the life of our citizens. They are mainly composed of traitors who wish to keep the old ways, and do not in any way share the interests of our nation. The delivery of the arms that we have requested will greatly speed up our war against them and allow us to reunite our nation.

3. The title of "One True Eternal Leader" has been passed down for millennia since our earliest days, when it was given to religious leaders, and is simply an example of a tendency towards exaggerating titles. It has been kept as a sort of tradition, and the country would find it very difficult to change (OOC: literally impossible).

4. The citizens of our country have shown repeatedly in independent, non-governmental polls to greatly prefer the efficient and decisive authroitarian style of government, while they with some accuracy consider more democratic methods of governing as being torturously slow and bureaucratic. Though we have undoubtedly committed gross violations of human and civil rights in the past, as you have rightfully pointed out, the Leader is set on a path to giving our citizens many more freedoms. The government and the people are behind him.

We hope that we have convinced you to change your mind about our intents and purposes, and we bear no ill will towards you for your decision not to sell to us. We await your response eagerly.
