This is a bizarre order, and the security procedures requested by your party border on the absolutely insane – if nothing else, because SAI explicitly lists that it will not supply the submachinegun and rifle you ordered to government agencies. Further, it’s not clear where you expect, or need to, provide a driver that will agree to drive a truck fitted with explosives, and trailed by armed officers sworn to murder him should he take the wrong route.
