As part of the new Territorial Army program, several mounted cavalry regiments are being raised from Vionna and the colonies. As a result of this, we require a quick shipment of cheap, versatile and traditional cavalry weapons. Therefore it has been decided to purchase, from Schwerpunkt Small Arms, operated by Allanean Defense Exports, a full number of fifty thousand 1914 Model Cavalry Sabres. This comes to a total of $10 million NSD and will be billed to the Imperial Army Aquisition Board.
