The loadout you have chosen is especially suited to anti-air operations with the potent 76mm Skyduster anti-aircraft gun and Yeoman 3D radar. There are however a few conflicting criteria with your specifications that must be resolved before we can proceed with your order. These are as follows:
Only one primary weapon may be selected unless compatible with an additional RWS (remote weapon station) Currently you may equip one AKT-30/ES airburst gun or one Skyduster 76 AA gun, not both. If you wish for the Skyduster 76 to remain your primary weapon but desire a secondary weapon, we recommend either a 7.62mm or 12.7mm machine gun in an RWS as an additional armament.

Overview: The WLD-30A is an 8x8 armoured fighting vehicle in service with the Willityan Armed Forces. It utilizes numerous modern technologies to provide an edge over other armoured fighting vehicles in protection, firepower and threat detection.
At a glance, the WLD-30A features a 360 degree Yeoman 3D ground-based air defence radar for detecting aerial threats up to 75km away. Combined with an Orel IV SAS (situational awareness sights) suite and the Tactical Information System allows the WLD-30A to take control of the battlespace. Its state of the art Iontoch electronic dynamic armour (EDA) allow it to stand up to ballistic threats such as rocket propelled grenades and HEAT warheads, resulting in a 70% increase in survivability against such weapons. The WLD-30A is able to take multiple hits and walk away with the crew and vehicle intact.
The WLD-30A is armed with a single AKT-30/ES airburst autocannon with 350 rounds which can be programmed with airburst functions to detonate at a designated range, useful for raining shrapnel over an enemy position.
Armament: The WLD-30A mounts the DRT Bavra, an enclosed 2-man turret designed for use with heavy calibre weapons such as autocannons. It features full 360° mechanical and electric rotation and a weapon mount with +70° elevation and depression -10°, more than capable of engaging targets at high elevations such as high rise buildings or low flying aircraft.
The primary armament is the multi-purpose AKT-30/ES airburst autocannon. The AKT-30/ES is versatile and reliable, with a steady rate of fire of 200 rounds per minute and an effective range of 3,500-6,000 m. The smaller 30×173mm cartridge offers major weight saving advantages when compared to larger caliber designs because of a much lower ammunition size and weight. The belt feed system also gives a large number of rounds ready to fire, 150, while the 57mm offers only 24 shots per magazine.
There are currently two ammunition types directly available via the autocannon's dual ammunition feed. One is a sub-calibre, fin-stabilised APFSDS-T (T for tracer), with high penetration capabilities, mainly for use against medium armoured vehicles. The second is a full-calibre, multi-purpose, Kinetic Energy-Timed Fuse (KETF) ammunition, designed with the air burst capability (depending on the fuse setting) for ejecting a cone of sub-munitions. The ammunition type can be chosen on a shot to shot basis, as the weapon fires from an open bolt, meaning no cartridge is inserted until the trigger is depressed. The ammunition capacity is 350 rounds; 150 ready to fire and 150 in storage.
This programmable function allows the user to program rounds at a specific distance using the onboard rangefinder, and have the warhead saturate an area with smaller submunitions. This round is dual purpose, for both firing into trenches as well as firing at aircraft, which the WLD-30A is particularly suited to with its onboard Yeoman 3D radar.
Optics and sensors: The WLD-30A is unrivalled in its threat detection and combat awareness abilities. For visual optics, the Karum OPTI-240 sight and ORA 260 stabilized day/night periscopic sight with GEN II+ image intensifier helps the commander and gunner identify and engage targets, while the Lari II laser designator/rangefinder provides accurate distances to targets and paints them for friendly forces, allowing ground and air based guided munition systems to lock on and engage. The onboard Amarin II second generation FLIR sight has a detection range of up to 4.5 km, and is able to identify tank-sized targets up to 10 km away.
In addition to this, the WLD-30A series is fitted with an advanced Yeoman 3D ground-based air defence radar. The small 360 degree radar comes with onboard C2 command and control systems to defend friendly forces from airborne threats. The Yeoman allows the WLD-30A to fill a gap in airspace defences, providing commanders with 24/7 airspace surveillance. The system can be operated manually or remotely. It can detect fixed wing and rotary wing targets, fast missiles, RAM (radar-absorbent material) targets and small UAVs in high-clutter environments. It is fully self contained with C3 command capabilities, its 360° coverage has a detection range of up to 75 km. The WLD-30A effectively becomes a 3-in-1 command, air defence and surveillance vehicle, especially when combined with the Tactical Information System.
The Tactical Information System is a command terminal which displays real-time map updates and allows the seamless transmitting and receiving of data between all linked units. Through the TIS, commanders are able to relay instant data to friendly forces, and on-board sensors which detect threats immediately update location and identification of threats, such as aircraft or incoming artillery. The TIS is able to access the camera feeds of authorized devices such as UAVs, targeting pods and other vehicles. It also shows the digitized information of graphic orders, route maps and the tactical situation, all between the vehicle and higher levels of command.
The addition of the Orel IV SAS (situational awareness sights) suite makes the WLD-30A an exceptional command and reconnaissance vehicle. The Orel IV is a hull-mounted system of four external optical cameras, which are positioned either in a single telescopic mount protruding from the vehicle or mounted externally on each side of the vehicle hull. These sights give the crew 360-degree view of the tank, and can be viewed by the commander and gunner. These cameras provided excellent situational awareness, especially in urban environments where threats may lie in close proximity to the vehicle within presumed blind spots. With the Orel these blind spots are removed, and the crew can view real-time feeds from the SAS either independently or split onto the same display to show all four feeds at once. The Orel can be used to check proximity to friendly forces and non-combattants, reducing the risk of collateral damage, as well as for identifying potential hazards when navigating terrain, such as sudden drops or obstacles.
Protection: The WLD-30A's hull and turret are aluminium with a layer of ballistic steel fitted to provide higher protection. The front and the underside armour of the IFV can protect from 25mm to 30mm rounds and 6kg TNT blasts. All-round protection is rated up to 14.5mm armour-piercing rounds. The interior is equipped with kevlar to protect against fragmentation and ballistic penetration
Its Iontoch electronic dynamic armour (EDA) is an advanced applique armour addon which protects the vehicle's sides from incoming HEAT warheads. The armour is made up of several conductive plates separated by insulating material, creating a high-power capacitor. When in operation, a high-voltage power source charges the armour. When an incoming body penetrates the plates, it closes the circuit to discharge the capacitor, dumping a great deal of energy into the penetrator, which may vaporize it or even turn it into a plasma, significantly diffusing the attack. The WLD-30A can take multiple hits from enemy warheads without any structural or internal damage.
The WLD-30A is also equipped with nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) protection, as well as air conditioning and automatic fire suppression systems.
Performance: The WLD-30A features a EMPORO Diesel 5HP-1500 V6 supercharged diesel engine. With an excellent range and top speed of 110 km/h, the WLD-30A can cover long distances in good time, allowing for rapid advances and movements to deploy to a combat position as quickly as possible. This is essential when keeping pace with an advancing force, for traversing enemy territory on a scouting mission or rapidly establishing an air defence battery.
The driveline includes all-wheel drive, 14.00 R 20 tyres with run flat devices, disc brakes and central tyre inflation system (CTIS). The central tyre inflation capability gives reduced ground pressure. All wheels have independent suspension. In the suspension system there are hydro-pneumatic elements with optional vehicle ride height control.
The vehicle is fitted with two shrouded propellers, one on each side at the rear of the hull for amphibious capability at speeds of up to 10 km/h in the water.
The WLD-30A was commissioned for the Willityan military in February 2019, having purchased a hundred units from ACC Defence Division for $256,480,000.

It uses advanced armour addons as well as a heavy hitting 57mm autocannon to protect against any threat, while its EMPORO Diesel V6 power pack increases speed over the WLD-30A. Its sensors and radar allow the VIP-35 to detect any possible threat to its crew and passengers, while highly advanced electric dynamic armour keeps everyone onboard safe from possible incoming fire. The VIP-35 is suited for transporting VIPs in comfort and security in almost any environment. Its smooth ride allows for supreme comfort, while the addition of 4 luxury leather seats provide extremely comfortable rides, with two additional seats for close protection officers. The VIP-35 variant is distinguishable from the WLD-30A by its black paint scheme.
Mobility: The VIP-35 features the EMPORO Diesel 5HP-1500 V6, a 6V supercharged 550hp diesel engine (405kW at 2,300rpm) with five-speed plus two reserve mechanical transmission. This makes the VIP-35 much faster than standard Wiltayan wheeled AFVs.
The driveline includes all-wheel drive, 14.00 R 20 tyres with run flat devices, disc brakes and central tyre inflation system (CTIS). The central tyre inflation capability gives reduced ground pressure. All wheels have independent suspension. In the suspension system there are hydro-pneumatic elements with optional vehicle ride height control. The vehicle is fitted with two shrouded propellers, one on each side at the rear of the hull for amphibious capability.
Optics: The VIP-35 has superior awareness and detection for protecting its precious passengers.
It has the standard Karum OPTI-240 sight and ORA 260 stabilized day / night periscopic sight with GEN II+ image intensifier. Lari II laser designator/rangefinder. Onboard Amarin II second generation FLIR sight with detection range of up to 4.5 km, able to identify tank-sized targets up to 10 km away. But that's not all.
A small, 3D AESA GBAD (ground based air defence) radar with onboard C2 command and control systems to defend friendly forces from airborne threats. The Yeoman is designed for mobile forces and is able to fill a gap in airspace defences, providing commanders with 24/7 airspace surveillance. The system can be operated manually or remotely. It can detect fixed wing and rotary wing targets, fast missiles, RAM (radar-absorbent material) targets and small UAVs in high-clutter environments. It can be integrated on virtually any weapon system and tactical data links, and can be fully self contained with C3 capabilities.Its 360° coverage has a detection range of up to 75 km.
The Iris III is a hunter-killer sight for the commander, which is independent of the gunner’s sight, allowing for improved situational and combat awareness of the vehicle. It features an independent third generation IRNV/FLIR optical camera, giving the commander 360-degree coverage and the ability to detect targets up to 7 km, and tank sized targets at over 10 km ranges. Its onboard laser designator/rangefinder is able to paint and range targets for the vehicle’s gunner and other friendly units, up to 20km away.
The Orel IV is a hull-mounted system of four external optical cameras, which are positioned either in a single telescopic mount protruding from the vehicle or mounted externally on each side of the vehicle hull. These sights give the crew 360-degree view of the tank, and can be viewed by the commander and gunner. These cameras provided excellent situational awareness, especially in urban environments where threats may lie in close proximity to the vehicle within presumed blind spots. With the Orel these blind spots are removed, and the crew can view real-time feeds from the SAS either independently or split onto the same display to show all four feeds at once. The Orel can be used to check proximity to friendly forces and non-combattants, reducing the risk of collateral damage, as well as for identifying potential hazards when navigating terrain, such as sudden drops or obstacles.
The Tactical Information System is a command terminal which displays real-time map updates and allows the seamless transmitting and receiving of data between all linked units. Through the TIS, commanders are able to relay instant data to friendly forces, and on-board sensors which detect threats immediately update location and identification of threats, such as aircraft or incoming artillery. The TIS is able to access the camera feeds of authorized devices such as UAVs, targeting pods and other vehicles. It also shows the digitized information of graphic orders, route maps and the tactical situation, all between the vehicle and higher levels of command.
Protection: The VIP-35’s hull and turret are aluminium with a layer of ballistic steel fitted to provide higher protection. The front and the underside armour of the IFV can protect from 25mm to 30mm rounds and 6kg TNT blasts. All-round protection is rated up to 14.5mm armor-piercing rounds. The interior is equipped with kevlar to protect against fragmentation and ballistic penetration.
It is also equipped with nuclear, biological and chemical (NBC) protection, as well as air conditioning and automatic fire suppression systems, as well as several advanced armour addons for extreme protection.
Aramos: Composite bolt-on applique armour plating offering all-round rated protection up to 30mm APFSDS, adaptable to different scenarios. The construction consists of a splinter foil-like specialized nylon covering a layer of ceramic tiles (materials like aluminium oxide, silicon carbide and boron carbide may be used depending on the user's requirements). Aramos armour provides better coverage than ERA (up to 85–95% of the surface compared to 30–60%), can be mounted on vehicles with very limited base armour that would not sustain the blast of an ERA tile without damage and has a lower life-cycle cost. Under-hull applique armour can improve the vehicle’s ability to withstand minds and IEDs with up to 10kg of TNT. Iontach EDA: Iontoch utilizes a new technology called electric dynamic armour (also known as electromagnetic reactive armour, or colloquially as electric armour) as a replacement to explosive reactive armour. This armour is made up of two or more conductive plates separated by some space or by an insulating material, creating a high-power capacitor. In operation, a high-voltage power source charges the armour. When an incoming body penetrates the plates, it closes the circuit to discharge the capacitor, dumping a great deal of energy into the penetrator, which may vaporize it or even turn it into a plasma, significantly diffusing the attack.
The system uses a strong electric field to disrupt the jet of ionized gas produced by the warhead, If an incoming HEAT jet needle of a conductive metal, like copper, penetrates both shells, it forms a bridge between them, and the electrical energy discharges rapidly through the jet, disrupting it. Iontoch is rated against both kinetic energy penetrators and shaped charge jets.
The maximum internal volume of the 8×8 VIP-35 is 13m³, the combat weight up to 25t and the payload 10t.
Firepower:
The DRT Bavra is an enclosed 2-man turret designed for use with heavy caliber weapons such as autocannons. It features full 360° mechanical and electric rotation and a weapon mount with +70° elevation and depression -10°. The Bavra has provisions for mounting coaxial weapons such as LMGs, MMGs and HMGs, as well as remote weapon stations capable of operating up to 40mm automatic grenade launchers. It is compatible with ATGM launchers, with up to four of such systems being mountable on either side of the turret, two on either side. All weapon systems are stabilized and integrated onto an onboard fire control system.
It mounts the ASK-57M. Based on an anti-aircraft cannon design, the ASK-57M is a 57mm autocannon with an effective range of 6 km and fires at a rate of 120–140 rds/min. 80–100 rounds are carried within the turret with an additional 100 stowed away. The 57mm caliber provides engagement of light armoured and soft targets, ATGM crews, and even aerial targets (UAVs, aircraft and helicopters). It takes 1–3 seconds to change the type of munition for the cannon. It is able to destroy most light armoured threats, even those using applique armour due, which would normally stop a 25mm or 30mm cannon from penetrating. Its ability to defeat various forms of structures is also unprecedented when compared to other weapons of its class.
When coupled with its onboard Orel radar equipment, the VIP-35 can act as an effective anti-aircraft system. It is recommended when engaging air targets that the driver position the vehicle in a "hull up" position so that the turret may reach to engage aerial targets more easily.
The ASK-57M is capable of loading the follow ammunition:
AAT-57A: anti-tank round with sharp penetrator, blunt cap and an aerodynamic cover, with tracer and a delayed-action base fuze. Penetration: 96 mm RHA at 1000 m range or 106mm at 500m. AAR-57B HE-T: Impact-fuzed fragmentation shell for anti-aircraft use. Nose fuze with self-destruct function and a tracer.
The Wilityan Secret Service employs 5 VIP-35 vehicles, ordered from the ACC Defence Division in February 2019 for the sum of $11,920,400.

To this degree, market domination (At least in terms of price point and quality), was corned by a company that stopped dealing in exports.
We have noticed that you have had off and on sales for years now, just like a series of our storefronts did (We had lots of mergers and renaming), but it seems you're also experiencing difficulty with sales as well. It seems that the mass international markets are not as active, and as such, while we are having massive transactions again, they have to be organized under the table by diplomats. Most of the surplus goods and customers hungry for body armor/weapons, are currently not looking around on the massive public markets.
To be somewhat brief, our firms are competing for a smaller market, during a time where it takes contacts and recommendations to get sales.
While we believe your helmet is of amazing quality, so was/is the WRETCH helmet we bought the rights to produce almost 8 years ago. Your price points match the WRETCH and are very honest, with very slim profit margins.
Despite this, technology has marched on and we have done the expensive research to bring forth a new material to replace the last one, and while UHMWPE left kevlar in the dust, our new material will do the same. Not only will our "FAST" cut helmets be the same price as the yours, but we have multiple massive orders so big that we started up tooling and production in nations with lower labor costs, just to keep up with the high demand.
You have a nice, solid cut of helmet and a great looking storefront. We have brand new cutting edge materials and the ability to find nations willing to offload surplus food, furniture, ammunition, clothing, book, lumber, and metal production for new cutting edge helmets.
