Lamplight Technologies is a large private company operating out of the Conite Congressional Republic, headquartered in the metropolis of Lamplight. Its primary activities include research and development, robotics and engineering, and precision manufacturing, in particular in the fields of medical technology, bioengineering, infrastructure and transport, energy, and armaments or defence technology.
Image

Founded over 400 years ago by Enzo Cirillo, Lamplight Technologies was an early pillar of entrepreneurism in the then young Republic. Pioneering early breakthroughs in electricity and communications, the company amassed a sizeable capital foundation that allowed it to rapidly expand. Today, Lamplight Technologies is the largest private company in the nation by a considerable margin, and alone employs up to seventeen percent of Conite citizens. The current owner is Alec Cirillo, a brilliant engineer with multiple PhD qualifications from Ulysses University, the company having passed down to him across generations of the Cirillo family.

Lamplight Technologies is not your usual corporate giant, and our employees are not your traditional career corporates. Our company is led by engineers, doctors, and scientists; and this greatly influences the way we do business. Our executives do not enjoy absurdly lavish offices, nor extravagant or unnecessary benefits, and receive a decidedly moderate salary. We don't have expensive mahogany boardrooms, nor company retreats, nor any other corporate nonsense. Our marketing is simplistic and minimalistic, constructed to be easy to understand and access. Our focus isn't on public facades, but on the aesthetics and functional brilliance of our actual products. You'll appreciate that difference.

Despite being founded a great many years ago, we don't let ourselves get complacent. We're certainly experienced at what we do, and have a long standing record of success and innovation in our fields. But we don't beleive age alone is a reliable marker of worth, and we don't expect you to trust our products simply because we've been around the block a few times. We stand on our own merits, on the value of our current products and reputation, not on those of our forefathers. Lamplight Technologies looks ever forwards, and we continue to push the boundaries of technology to bring you the very best.

A firm belief in collective responsibility is an enduring principle of our company. All products produced by Lamplight Technologies are designed to minimise their potential ecological impact, and all manufacturing or other facilities operated by the company operate according to strict environmental protection standards. Lamplight Technologies does not hide from its responsibilities by relocating to a so called taxation haven, it does not employ accountants with the purpose of finding technical loopholes in relevant laws, and it does not engage in political lobbying. The company regularly supports a number of local and international organisations, and often makes notable donations to reputable charities and research foundations. We're people too, and we do our part.

Image
You're paying for quality, for charming aesthetics combined with superb functionality, in a medium that is built for complete reliability.

In short, we offer you the very best available for our chosen fields. Our products are certainly not inexpensive. We won't hide from that fact, nor will we attempt to camouflage it with cunning marketing or other nonsense. If you're looking for cheap and mass produced goods, second grade equipment, then you're not in the right place; we do not cater to that market. We try our very best to make sure our equipment is second to none. Our prices reflect the value of our products, which are thoroughly researched and tested in multiple stage development processes, and precision manufactured out of the best materials by our skilled engineers. Everything we sell has only reached the point of sale because our engineers are satisfied that these products are the very best they can be. As our customers appreciate, we do not compromise.

Our prices are also affected by our absolute commitment to responsible business. Lamplight Technologies controls the complete chain of production for all our products, from the moment minerals are extracted, to the moment a finished product is installed. All along this chain, every one of our employees is paid a fair wage, from technicians to janitors, and we ensure all these employees enjoy good living standards. We do not outsource our labour to cheaper locations, and we do not exploit our employees. We will not sacrifice human dignity in a blind pursuit of greater profits or cheaper products. If you don't share that sentiment, that's fine; you're not our kind of customer. We are particularly careful with whom we sell weapons technology to. Nations and organisations who wield our weaponry do so only because we are confident that they walk a noble path.

Our commitment to our products and your custom does not end at the point of sale. For all our products, we offer free transport to and installation at a location of your choosing. We provide training for all products which require such, again without charge and delivered by trained and experienced practitioners, not mere sales representatives. Our standardised ongoing maintenance contract extends for ten years after sale, throughout which we will routinely service your products free of charge.

1. [TECHNOLOGY LEVEL DISCLAIMER] Lamplight Technologies is a Modern Technology (MT) company. This means that all products by this company operate according to current scientific principles, comply with our laws of physics, and are completely plausible in the setting of real life Earth. My designs are often unusual, but they remain completely realistic. Feel free to only purchase equipment you are comfortable with, or to ask any questions; I'm happy to elaborate on designs where you want the background clarified.
2. Lamplight Technologies takes privacy very seriously. Consequently all orders, though viewable to all out of character in this very thread, should be considered completely private in character. This is regardless of how mundane the particular purchase might be. There is room for RP here of course; but note that Lamplight Tech utilises advanced encryption, that would be very difficult to breach without exceptional expertise.
3. Please try to keep all posts in this thread in character as much as possible, whether they are orders or other enquiries. Out of character enquiries or comments can and should be telegrammed to me.
4. I would really appreciate it if the appropriate order form is used for purchases, as it greatly simplifies matters for me. More formal in character communications accompanying the order form are not strictly required, but are very much welcome! I will respond to all orders and enquires with a formal in character response regardless.
5. All prices are in Universal Standard Dollars (USD/NSD). Ensure you can actually afford what you are ordering, according to either available in game information or using some kind of calculator. This need not be exact of course, a ballpark estimate is all I do to see if you're likely to be able to afford your order. If you lack the necessary financing, you are welcome to enquire about delayed payments and other options. Lamplight Technologies is always happy to accommodate your needs, and has been known to simply donate equipment to those who need it.
6. Lamplight Technologies does not grant any permission to resell its products. Resale of restricted technology in particular will likely result in sanctions, including denial of all future purchases, and potentially diplomatic or other consequences. DPRs are potentially available upon inquiry for certain fields but otherwise are restricted.
7. Chemistry and weapon design are not my areas of expertise. I am knowledgeable about physics and engineering, in particular how they apply to space technology. With these things in mind I'd like to clarify that all of my designs are, to the best of my knowledge (and the knowledge those I harass into peer reviewing for me), at least theoretically completely workable. Some but not all designs have been reviewed by the old NSDraftroom group. If you'd like to question or debate any elements of my designs, or correct me on any potential errors, send me a telegram!
8. I generally won't sell weapons to bad guys, sorry. We provide weapons to fight terror, not propagate it.

Image

Note that as required of companies based primarily within the jurisdiction of the Conite Congressional Republic, all transactions between Lamplight Technologies and foreign entities are reported to the Exterior Commerce Commission. Certain categories of trade, including all trades involving potentially weaponizable goods, must be approved in advance by the Exterior Commerce Commission. Any trading connected, directly or indirectly, to entities deemed by the ECC to be "disreputable" may be severely restricted or blocked entirely.

This means: Orders for weaponry and defence systems will be approved only after various background checks. Medical and other technology is generally unrestricted.

Please make use of the following order forms to purchase products. Alternatively, all potential purchasers should feel absolutely welcome to make free form enquiries about any of our products or services.

ERIDANI SURGICAL ROBOT

Eridani is a complete computer and robotic assisted surgery system. The platform was designed to make open surgical procedures minimally invasive and more effective, as well as to overcome the inherent limitations and dangers of manual activity by a human practitioner. The system makes use of a specially constructed robot, which performs surgery with mechanical articulators, allowing for incredible precision and miniaturisation. The user operates the system either through computer control, or directly through telemanipulators which guide the instruments. In the latter case, a practitioner can make all the normal movements of the procedure themselves, whilst the robotic manipulators mimic these movements for the actual procedure.

There are many advantages to robotically assisted surgery. Naturally occurring and otherwise unavoiding tremors and other unhelpful motions by a human operator are filtered out by computer software. The machine can perform certain actions with significantly greater precision and much more smoothly than could be achieved by a human operator. The robotic manipulators can operate in a much more miniaturized space, meaning smaller incisions and minimal intrusion. For the patient this means quicker healing or recovery times, decreased blood loss thus less transfusions, and less surgical marks or scars. In many cases, remote controls mean a surgeon can utilise the machine and operate from an entirely different location.

This system includes the robotic assistant, as shown, plus one display console and one control console. The total cost is $1,800,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage. It is not unusual for surgical machines to incur ongoing maintenance costs of $125,000 for every year of operation. As part of standard maintenance coverage, Lamplight Technologies will perform all necessary maintenance for ten years following purchase, avoiding these costs. Robotic assisted surgery requires considerable training beyond that undertaken by normal practitioners, which will be provided as well and is included in the cost.

PROCYON CT SCANNER SERIES

Lamplight Technologies manufactures a range of high quality computed tomography (CT) scanners, sometimes known alternatively as computerised axial tomography (CAT) scanners. These machines use advanced computer digital geometry processing of X-radiation images to compile tomographic images of a scanner object. In short, they fire X-rays at a scanned object to allow the user to see a cross sectional and three dimensional image of inside the object without any surgical intervention.

CT scanners are extremely useful in modern medical practice, producing an array of invaluable information that allow practitioners to easily and without risk view the complete internal bodily structure of their patient. CT scans can be utilised as a component of preventative medicine, screening for risks such as heart disease and providing early detection of cancerous elements. The scanners are equally useful as a technique of medical imaging, providing a visual guide which can be analysed prior to surgical intervention or other invasive procedures.

It should be noted, though practitioners will already be aware of this, that CT scans make use of moderate to high levels of radiation, which can potentially damage body cells. It is very much recommended, in line with medical studies on the dangers of radiation, that these machines not be overutilised. Our scanners include built in technology that allow the machines to be adjusted for their specific target, tailoring the radiation dose to what is required for a specific image, and drastically reducing it for children, keeping radiation exposure to the minimum necessary. Patients should nonetheless always be informed of the potential risks of undertaking a CT scan.

We offer three models in the Procyon series. More advanced models provide better imaging quality for decreased radiation, but are comparably more expensive to manufacture.

The Procyon Charlie CT Scanner is designed as an affordable and reliable system for everyday use in hospital or clinical environments. Charlie makes use of a 16-slice configuration for high quality imaging, fast reconstruction of said images, and total scanning times measured in seconds rather than minutes. Included as standard features are programs for computerisation into viewable digital models, and of course built in adaptive technology to minimise radiation dosage. Though our systems are largely automated, the user can make use of simple controls that manually adjust the radiation to suit required image quality. This system has a total cost of $400,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

The Procyon Echo CT Scanner is an advanced system, which brings the improved image resolution of 128-slice scanning, and innovative technology which reduces the need to balance image quality against radiation dosage. Echo virtually eliminates noise and other adverse interference from images, provides twice the contrast of previous models, and utilizes improved reconstruction algorithms to totally complete image processing in under five minutes for routine scans. This system has a cost of $1,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

The Procyon Golf CT Scanner is the most sophisticated in the series, and makes use of cutting edge technological developments. Far surpassing previous models with 640-slice scanning, Golf is a true industry leader, providing the very best image quality possible with simultaneous low radiation exposure, for the very best diagnostic outcomes. Further advantages include increased detector efficiency to drastically lower all necessary radiation, and algorithms to eliminate metal artifacts. This system has a cost of $2,500,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

Image
MIZAR PET/CT SCANNER

The Mizar makes use of positron emission tomography (PET) to supplement computed tomography (CT), combining both medical imaging techniques into a single system. This allows imaging using both techniques simultaneously, which are combined into a single superposed image or rendered digital reconstruction.

Positron emission tomography is a nuclear medicine, quite different to radiology in that it records radiation emitted from the body, rather than radiation generated by an external source such as X-rays. This involves the introduction of a biologically active element into the patient, which create gamma rays that are detectable by the system, producing a three dimensional model of how the gamma is concentrated.

PET scanning is useful for functional imaging, for detecting and measuring changes in metabolism, blood flow, chemical composition, and other physiological or biological matters. This is particularly utilised for monitoring radiation therapy and cancer staging. It is capable of detecting bodily changes at a mere cellular level, and can indicate the onset of disease before any other test would identify it.

The Mizar combines this approach with the structural imaging of a CT scan, which allows said physiological changes to be more accurately aligned against anatomic models. In short, PET scans depict activity, while CT scans depicts structure, and the former is greatly enhanced when used in combination with the latter. This is a vast improvement over PET alone scanning, and this is why Lamplight Technologies no longer offers standalone PET scanners. It should be noted that the Mizar is capable of only scanning using PET if desired, but this is not ideal for the best results.

This system has a total cost of $2,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

CAPELLA PROTON BEAM THERAPY SYSTEM

Proton beam therapy is an advanced medical procedure which uses a particle accelerator to target diseased tissue with a proton beam, irradiating and damaging these cells to destroy them or halt their reproduction. This technique is primary used in the treatment of cancerous cells, which are particularly vulnerable due to their inability to self repair DNA damage.

Proton beam therapy offers considerable advantages over traditional radiotherapy. Because of the large mass of photons radiation damage is very focused with minimal spread or scattering, avoiding any substantial damage to adjacent tissue. Because protons of certain energy have a defined range, there is also minimal damage to tissue beyond the targeted area. The normal risks associated with radiation therapy are of course present, but the side effects of proton therapy as compared to X-rays are significantly less.

It should be noted, and practitioners will be well aware of this, that this form of therapy is very much experimental.

This system is not inexpensive. The total cost is $100,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage. To function effectively, the Capella requires a dedicated particle accelerator roughly the size of a traditional football field, housed alongside the beam transport mechanism in a specially constructed concrete vault designed to prevent radiation leakage. The cost of this construction is included in the price, and all components will be assembled on site by our skilled engineers.

Image
POLLUX MRI SCANNER SERIES

Lamplight Technologies manufactures powerful scanners which make use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), sometimes alternatively known as nuclear magnetic resonance imaging (NMRI) or magnetic resonance tomography (MRT), to capture images of anatomy and physiological processes inside a subject. MRI scanners are effectively large cylindrical shaped magnets, which utilise magnetic fields and radio waves to create detailed images.

MRI scanner is very widely used for medical diagnosis, and is particularly useful because it does not require exposure to radiation, making it favourable to CT scans in some situations. There is no evidence that biological harm of any kind can result from even very powerful magnetic fields. The primary danger of this kind of scanning is presented by implants, which can be potentially vulnerable to magnetic influence, though many modern implants are non-magnetic. MRI scanners can additionally be indirectly dangerous in that they can attract metal objects in a projectile effect, and as such it is absolutely essential that the environment be appropriately secured.

The Pollux Juliett MRI Scanner is our routine model, constructed to the high standards of all Lamplight Technologies products, and extensively tested for reliability and ease of utility. Juliett operates at the industry standard strength of 1.5 Tesla, and comes to a cost of $1,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

The Pollux Kilo MRI Scanner makes use of revolutionary technology which dramatically quiets the sound that usually accompanies magnetic resonance, which is an element of the scanning that is often quite disconcerting for patients. Kilo reduces this volume from the conventional level, which requires ear protection, down to ambient background sound levels. Additionally, the improved machine can generate up to 3 Tesla, a considerable improvement over the older model. This system has a cost of $2,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

The Pollux Lima MRI Scanner is a system developed as part of ongoing experimental research, and makes use of extremely high field magnetic resonance and novel contrast agents to deliver the very best imaging possible. Lima can generate an impressive 11.75 Tesla, which is technically strong enough to levitate 60 metric tons, though that was of course not its purpose. Its magnet uses 170 kilometres of niobium-titanium superconducting alloy wire wound with micrometre precision, which carries a 1500 amp charge, and requires cooling to 1.8 Kelvin with superfluid liquid helium. This system can scan with incredible precision, down to an image area of 0.1mm in a time resolution of 0.1 seconds, a remarkable improvement over the standard 1mm/1s of most machines. Practitioners will appreciate the difference, with Lima providing images of a truly superb quality. This is arguably the single most advanced piece of medical technology presently available, but such functionality comes at a considerable price. The total cost is $270,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

LTAP M1 "Draconis" Anti-Ship Ballistic Missile
Image

Draconis is an advanced anti-ship weapon system, developed only very recently and incorporating the latest in modern missile technology. It is built to bypass anti-missile defences and destroy even the largest and most armed hostile naval vessels in one strike. In short, it is very much a 'carrier killer'. These missiles are a core facet of Conite coastal defence doctrine, tasked with removing large enemy platforms that present a bombardment or invasion threat to the mainland, without the need for a potentially costly naval engagement. Please note that these missiles require extensive intelligence support to function optimally. The current cost for a Draconis is $6,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

Technical Abstract: The Draconis is a multi-stage, hybrid fuel rocket, single warhead ballistic missile. It is primarily designed as a quasi ballistic hypersonic missile, intended to be used from land based mobile launchers as an advanced anti ship ballistic missile (ASBM), for reliably eliminating hostile warships at sea with accuracy and at considerable distances. Draconis makes use of a maneuverable reentry vehicle with a terminal guidance system, allowing targeting of mobile carrier groups and other otherwise difficult to strike naval force projection platforms.

[Full Technical Information]

LTAP M2 "Tempest" MIRV Anti-Ship Ballistic Missile
Image

The Tempest is the most powerful anti-ship weapon system developed by Lamplight Technologies, intended to provide complete area denial against enemy naval groups. Each single Tempest missile carries six individually targetable highly maneuverable warheads, each with their own advanced guidance and evasion systems. These missiles allow long range strike capability against entire enemy fleets, at significantly less cost and risk than a direct naval engagement. Defences against such weapons are very limited and considered to likely be wholly inadequate. The Tempest not only makes aircraft carriers vulnerable, it renders them totally obsolete. Please note that these missiles require extensive intelligence support to function optimally. The current cost for a Draconis is $25,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

Technical Abstract: Tempest is a multiple stage, medium range, hybrid fueled, multiple warhead, quasi ballistic hypersonic missile. It is intended to be used from land based static or mobile launchers as an anti ship ballistic missile (ASBM), for reliably eliminating hostile warships at sea with accuracy and at considerable distances. Tempest makes use of maneuverable reentry vehicles (MaRV) with advanced terminal guidance systems, allowing targeting of mobile carrier groups and other otherwise difficult to strike naval force projection platforms. The multiple independently targetable (MIRV) warheads carried by Tempest allow a single missile to inflict multiples strikes on a fleet, providing significant anti-access/area denial (A2/AD) power.

The Gatekeeper is an advanced close-in weapon system (CIWS) that makes use of both missiles and and guns to provide comprehensive point defence. It is intended as a permanent installation for larger warships, fortified military bases, or essential infrastructure in conflict prone territory. Point defence primarily provides close range defence against incoming missiles, rockets, mortars, artillery, and other potential projectiles. It can also be used against enemy aircraft, including helicopters, as well as naval vessels or light ground assets which have breached outer defences. Gatekeeper will initially engage threats at long range with interception missiles, and then use its dual rotary cannons to eliminate any threats which manage to get through to terminal range.
This hard hitting multiple layered point defence offers protection with a combined kill probability of 99%.

Each unit standardly includes one command and control module and four turret modules. Additional turrets may be requested. The cost for the system is $60,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

Kia Ora to the representative of Lamplight Technologies,

With the formal issuance of this letter on behalf of the VMK Board of Directors, I am informing you of our interest to form a general trade relationship with your business, under the import registration of our Alleswerken subsidiary.

As highlighted on our website, at its heart, Alleswerken is a general trading entity. It is the primary example of Yohannes' general trade philosophy of business: the dealing of general commerce. On one end, we represent a wide range of domestic enterprises, supplying large volumes of technologies and materials - imported from various known and trusted overseas businesses, such as Lamplight Technologies - to companies, distributors, and retailers of the nineteen countries.

This would be a mutually beneficial relationship for exporters of your nation, as well as the consumers and businesses of Yohannes, supporting our goals to promote the competitiveness of our affiliated industries. If a subsidiary or affiliated business under the registered name of Lamplight Technologies is the manufacturer or producer of a well known product, we are more than happy to buy it from you, importing your product to Yohannes. Your host nation will receive its hard-earned currencies, while the integrated, burgeoning Yohannesian market will benefit from the arrival of goods coming from a new trading partner.

To assure you of our intention of goodwill, as an entity, we are proud of the years of tradition our affiliated firms have in respecting the principles of fair trade and equal relationship with other like minded members of the international business communities. We are the subject of the World Assembly Security Council Resolution #149, passed in 2014 for our contribution to international commerce and trade. VMK has supported the industrialisation effort of various nations by providing our multi regional network of capital and labour opportunities.

As a nation, Yohannes has maintained a history of relative neutrality, where successive governments of yesteryear have displayed their commitment to cultivate new bonds, and maintain existing relationships, with known and trusted entities of foreign governments - such as Lamplight Technologies.

In conclusion, we are confident that the possibility for us to create such a bond between our respective businesses will represent the newfound connection of both Consular and Yohannes not just commercially, but also culturally.

After careful deliberation with the shareholders regulation committee, I hereby submit the following application for you to consider.

Name Of Purchaser: Alleswerken Import
Entity Representing (Formal Name Of Corporation Or Nation): VMK AG

Products Requested: All products registered under the Lamplight Technologies name

Delivery Requested: Y [ ] N [X] [ out of character: fictionally, Royal Beaufort Shipwrights will deliver the goods to Yohannes ]
Installation Requested: Y [X] N [ ]
Training Requested: Y [X] N [ ]
Ongoing Maintenance Requested: Y [ ] N [X]

I look forward to hearing from you and your representative.

Yours faithfully,
Elisabeth Rosemary-Tamaki
VMK FDI & Alleswerken Communication Officer

To: Elisabeth Rosemary-Tamaki (VMK FDI & Alleswerken Communication Officer)
From: Lamplight Technologies
CC: Exterior Commerce Commission

Our fairest greetings to Miss Elisabeth Rosemary-Tamaki, and whomever else it may concern at VMK or Alleswerken.

I am writing to respond to your enquiry concerning a trade relationship with Lamplight Technologies, and I'll start by expressing our sincere thanks for such interest.

I am gladdened that I can inform you, as owner and executive of Lamplight Technologies, that our company accepts your offer for a general trade relationship. We are already somewhat familiar with VMK and its subsidiaries; I would venture that your reputation for fair business precedes you. I am of the belief, and my advisors and subsidiary directors have agreed, that such a relationship would indeed be mutually beneficial. The ECC has fortunately concurred with such, and approved this communication. We welcome Alleswerken to import our products to the nineteen countries of Yohannes.

There is one single reservation. Lamplight Technologies operates an advanced defence technology program which, while regrettably not yet cleared by the ECC for potential international sale, will we hope be available in the near future. As I'm sure you can appreciate, any sales under this program will be undertaken directly by us, without exception, and on a very strict basis. All other products under our brand however we are glad to include in our general trade relationship.

Accordingly, we have arranged that our docking facilities in the city of Lamplight will be open to Royal Beaufort Shipwrights. Your vessels will be granted clearance through Lamplight's CASTLE systems, and without interference from the CDF. If there are any issues in this regard, please contact us immediately.

We note that you have requested installation and training on the application attached to your enquiry. We are glad to provide engineers who will instruct the appropriate personnel on installation and usage of all our products.

I am sure this relationship will lead to many opportunities for us both in the future.

My best to you,

Our fairest greetings to whomever this message concerns.

We are acknowledging that we have received your order, and we are grateful that you consider our products worth your custom.

However, all Lamplight Technologies defence systems, when concerning a potential sale to a party with an unknown reputation, are subject to background checks. As I'm sure you understand, it would be remarkably irresponsible of us to sell weaponry to disreputable entities. The Draconis in particular has capacity for considerable destruction, so we are appropriately cautious in its sale.

Your organisation is such an unknown party to us, and as such we have conducted a brief background check. There is, unfortunately, a distinct lack of information available concerning your organisation. This makes it regrettably difficult for us to assess your intentions or practices. Perhaps more importantly, we are also rather concerned about potential links to organised slavery -- a practice we cannot condone in any form. Our security advisors have noted that the comments you have attached to your application are not particularly reassuring to this end.

At present time, we are declining your order. For us to proceed with your order, we will require additional information concerning your organisation, its history, and how it intends to make use of the products you have requested from us.

Happy Holidays,

Lamplight Technologies has today received approval to make our advanced "Lalande" Over-The-Horizon Radar System available to customers on the international market.

The Lalande Over-The-Horizon Radar System utilises advanced skywave and groundwave techniques to provide radar coverage well beyond the horizon, making use of three networked monostatic radar stations with overlapping coverage to create a very accurate multistatic radar 'net'. It is intended as a very long range and wide coverage early warning system, against both aircraft and ships, and is in particular designed to provide excellent detection of stealth aircraft. Aside from the obvious defence applications, OTH radar is useful for civilian search and rescue or other maritime business, and can even monitor wave heights and wind directions.

Each complete system is comprised of five parts in total -- three main radar stations, one atmospheric monitoring station, and one computer hub station. The cost for the system is $700,000,000 including transport, installation, training, and ongoing maintenance coverage.

More information can be found here.

Thank you for your interest in our CT technology.

It would be unusual for us to sell individual components of a full machine. Our designs are of course protected by international copyright, and to reverse engineer and produce them without our consent would be met with appropriate sanctions.

That said, we are open to negotiations. If you could inform us what parts you are interested in and for what purpose, we could potentially come to an arrangement.
