The pelican - class extends a successful high capability/low cost solution for the clients. The vessel meets the requirements of patrol and response, sea keeping for sea boat and helicopter operations, and has a high level of comfort for the crew.

The watercraft has been specifically planned to enable sea boat deployment and recovery in Sea State 4, helicopter launch and recovery in Sea State 5 and the ability to patrol in Sea State 6 and survive in Sea State 9. It is contrived in a modular design concept for comfortable consolidation of different weapons and sensor systems.

The Tetã Gûarinĩ Motenondeha has identified the offerings of AIC shipyards to correspond to the procurement needs of Jekuaa'ỹva Retã. The nation is undergoing a rejuvenation effort of its armed forces and is looking towards standardizing and expanding inventory across multiple areas.

Given the size of the order, and the need for local replenishment options, we are proposing a direct & licensed procurement model, whereas 25% of the equipment will be manufactured by AIC and 75% in the factories of Jekuaa'ỹva Retã. We have included the full order below. In addition, due to the sensitive nature of some of the involved technologies, we would like to inquire about the possibility of licensing as per our proposed model. We are proposing a flat fee for future replacement or replenishment production within our factories beyond the scope of this initial deal, with a yearly amount being paid.

The licensed hardware will be produced solely for the use of the Jekuaa'ỹva Retã, and for one strategic partner. No resale will be allowed without direct AIC approval and no manufacturing capacity will be exported outside our national manufacturing base. Manufacturing capability can be made available for AIC usage if internal strategical needs are covered.

Approved national equivalents may replace original components without requiring a new production license. Sovereign Software Rights with independent national operation, update and modification are also required.

Total for the order is currently at 205.95 billion, with amount to increase depending on the licensing costs.

In addition to the official procurement request, due to a hostile environment towards its desire for national defence, the Jekuaa'ỹva Retã is seeking additional military hardware within a certain level a discretion, ensuring that their identity as a customer remains confidential.
The Tetã Gûarinĩ Motenondeha is therefore issuing another urgent order, in the sum of 823.81 billion, pending additional increases depending on the cost of the licensing costs.

We propose this under a join production/licensing system, with AIC and trusted AIC partners producing parts of the required military hardware and the Jekuaa'ỹva Retã producing parts, replacements and future units domestically.

An additional prize amount of 50 billion is reserved upon successful, confidential, completion of the order. The Jekuaa'ỹva Retã will forego the usual discounts in lieu of confidentiality and the accommodation of its requests.
