1. Above all, this is strictly MT.
2. When placing your orders, a letterhead would greatly be preferred. An official-sounding letter is the minimum; one-liners will not be considered.
3. Please consider realism when ordering. Overly-large quantities of equipment for countries that shouldn't be able to afford it will be denied.
4. Redistribution and/or modification of any products are NOT allowed without seeking prior permission from me.
5. Please don't godmod or wank with the hardware; if you have any questions, just ask!

7. Any and all orders may or may not be denied. A reason will be provided in the event of denial.
8. Please read each product's page and export clearance ratings carefully, before ordering.
About Us
The Military Exports Directorate of the Riysian Armed Forces High Command - otherwise known as QAR-ISA - is the largest and only legal exporter and trader of Riysian military hardware and services, as well as the only official negotiator of buying and trading foreign military hardware. QAR-ISA was formed on November 28th, 1987, following the decision to offer the newly-created Maysaloun rifle for sale. The embryonic Directorate was placed under the control of the military, the government reasoning that those best able to regulate arms sales would be the ones manufacturing and fielding it themselves.
Since then, QAR-ISA has grown significantly larger, to become a trusted provider of quality equipment to multiple nations across the world. We offer a wide variation of equipment, from optronics to AAMs, so if there is something that is needed by one's nation, rest assured that we likely provide it. We hope that, like many others, you will confide your nation's security in us, and if you do, know that we will do our very best to never let you down.

Why Us?
QAR-ISA is under the control of the military, and the design bureaus and factories are also associated with the Armed Forces. This ensures that our quality remains high, for why would our factories produce something that we ourselves wouldn't trust our lives with?
QAR-ISA and the military factories, being state-owned, ensures that everything is very well-controlled and accounted for.
Since QAR-ISA is the single legal exporter of Riysian equipment, unique growth, financing, cooperation, and negotiation opportunities exist that wouldn't otherwise be possible with most corporations.
Whether in the hands of allies overseas or through the many SACTO interventions that have taken place, Riysian equipment has been fully proven to its finest extent, and QAR-ISA is the single provider of it.
We know that it takes time getting acclimated to new equipment, so we provide dedicated services - either included in the contract or separately orderable - for helping your armed forces make the most out of their new machinery.
Above all, though, QAR-ISA is dedicated to providing the "straight truth." Everything is highly functional, with no gimmicks or flashiness to make it sell better - for good hardware needs none of that. What a nation would be buying here is something that their soldiers must rely on with their lives, and so we are here to fulfill that trust, not to sacrifice a few men for profit margins.
Ordering and Clearance
To order, click one of the tabs at the top of the web page that contain the category that you are interested in. The tab will take you to a list of products/services or product types, which you select depending on your needs. Each product or service has a short writeup to give you an idea of what it does or what it provides, and possibly an additional link that will take you to a detailed page for the product/service. The writeup contains the export price, and the clearance of the product, graded according to this scale:
Alef - Basic clearance, no special caveats.
Baa' - Higher clearance grade, slightly choicer selection.
Taa' - Reserved, allies or nations otherwise trustworthy enough.
