WATCHMAN MASS ANALYTICS SYSTEM
Because sometimes even national leaders just want to hang out
https://forum.nationstates.net/
Greetings from the Victory Corporation.
While looking over the international trade network known as Global Economics and Trade, one of our people found this. The Watchman Mass Analytics System looks to have power and the potential to dramatically change a nation, in a direction the Victory Corporation wholly supports. Hence, we would like to provide our full support to the development and improvement of WINS.
Currently, the Victory Corporation would like to provide monetary funds, scientists and engineers, testing facilities, and server farms within the Victory Corporation to assist in the continued development of WINS, with more that can be provided upon request from the astounding Mercury Technologies.
Furthermore, WINS could possibly be melded with our own WarNet Battlefield Command system to create one of the most advanced software systems on the planet. While they have different strengths, a meld could provide the groundwork for a system of unparalled strength and capability, managing everything from crime solving and crime prevention to military coordination, even to a self-managing system controlling an army of unmanned vehicles with more speed and accuracy than any human control crew could provide.
Please reply to this message if you are interested. We certainly are.
-Derek Pluthos, head of the Victory Corporation Science and Technology Division

Greetings on behalf of the Aspari Syndicate!
I have to say, your project is one of the most fascinating items to come across my desk all day. Not only does your storefront have a clean, forward-looking vibe, but you've also got solid data for perusal, neat forms, and above all, an unmistakable "cool" factor. We're very interested in finding out what you have to offer, so please find our partnership and development request below.
I'm confident that this company has a bright future out there in the world, and getting in on the ground floor is always an exciting time. Cheers, and here's looking to the future. It's been a pleasure writing to you.
Warm regards,
Calico Argent

To Mercury-Vulcan Group:Greetings! Nexus Group International is a supporting logistical company of a very large international conglomerate. Our management has found your services extremely intriguing and beneficial to our larger corporate direction. However, due to our widespread reputation and family-friendly publicity to take care of, our conglomerate simply cannot afford our reputation to be put under such risk through the engagement of your company. That's where Nexus Group comes in, to serve as a buffer.
Our immensely large legal team works extremely hard to understand and manipulate the various laws and regulations in place in all our nations that we operate in, and no large conglomerate survives by playing nice. Sometimes there are just some things we need to do to ensure our survival. Thus, we hope to employ your services to understand our clients as well as our corporate rivals. Through the workings of our real estate division, we have secured the necessary lands to place our server farms. Please accept our application.
Also, we would also like your company to provide consultation to our technological infrastructure, currently binded intimately with the technologies under our other contractors like Trelatche Computing as well as Infodata Systems. We are looking to expand our security services, and will be happy to construct more facilities as directed by your company. We hope to encourage your company in developing more forefront technologies, and on behalf of our foundation, we'd like to offer a NS$400 million fee to your company for the consultation.
Likewise with our Aspari allies, we see a promising future of Mercury-Vulcan Group, and we hope to work with you closely in the future.
Yours Truly,
Bobby Ferwood

To Mercury-Vulcan Group:
Greetings. Nexus, on behalf of our conglomerate, would like to bid a NS$150 billion for 51% controlling interest of the company. We have decided that it would be best to list the company under our direction, and allow more shareholders to purchase parts of this company. Furthermore, we do challenge the credentials of RAVICO (above company) and the legality of their proposed NS$300 billion. We do not believe the said buyer has enough capital to fund their proposed purchase. Thanks.
Yours truly,
Victor Dencer
