GENERAL INFORMATION:

The Watchman Mass Analytics System, often referred to as WINS by the media and even the government itself, is an advanced surveillance system devoted to bringing the endless onslaught of crime to a standstill. During the nation’s fight against terror a Paoloni social scientist who specialized in group analysis, Dr. Yuki Arano of Paoloni International University, had devoted several years of her life’s research to endlessly trying to fight back against those who had oppressed their nation.
