Z.M.I. Knight-Class Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC)
Lighting a New Path of amphibious warfare. Unprecedented speed and capabilities.

UNIT COST: $18,000,000 (no Offensive Weapons Module), $28,000,000 (w/ Offensive Weapons Module)
DPR: $15,000,000,000 (Combined)

The Zeus Maritime Industries Knight-Class is a class of Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC)'s that are meant for amphibious warfare, carrying troops, vehicles and supplies ashore for an invasion. However, unlike its other, smaller counterparts, the Knight-Class is not meant to operate from ships (although not impossible, if one has a MLP-sized ship): instead, it is meant for shore-to-shore operations for amphibious landing.

The Knight-Class has a cargo area of approximately 405 square meters and a fuel capacity of 60 metric tons. It is capable of carrying up to three main battle tanks, assuming that each tank weighs about 50 metric tons. Alternately, it can carry up to nine armored personnel carriers or up to 160 troops. Its large frontal door is for both vehicles and troops.

Amphibious landing is no stroll-in-the-park: it is a warzone, a battlefield. To compensate for this, the Knight-Class is primarily equipped with two 30 mm AK-630 Close-in Weapons Systems (can be replaced with Thales Goalkeepers), a SeaRAM turret (can be replaced with a Kashtan/Palma CIWS if needed) and a few 12.7 mm RWS, which is controlled automatically by the ship's system. In addition to this, the Knight-Class can come with an Offensive Weapons Module, which replaces the entire troop transport compartment with cruise missile launchers in containers, like this example. The Offensive Weapons Module is designed to carry up to eight BrahMos missiles.

Variants and Packages

  • Standard Package: Comes with primary equipment and such mentioned above.
  • Offensive Weapons Module: A Module that replaces the entire transport compartment with container-mounted missile launchers. Can carry up to eight BrahMos missiles, or sixteen Kh-35 Uran/RGM-84 Harpoons.
