it is with regret that I announce, that the development of the Precision-class Gunboat as you want to have it is currently simply not possible, both due to the lack of railgun for regular service and use, let alone for usage on such a small vessel, as well as solar engines powerful enough to power a railgun and a ship of 1500 tons. Also, a ship with the intended dimensions of a width of 3 meters for a ship of 61 meters length is simply impossible.
Plus, you provided no cost-estimate.

However, I threw a few ideas at the wall and came up with a counter-proposal, which should satisfy your need for a gunboat.
Please do tell me, what you think.

As for your additional request about recommendations for further purchases, we asked an expert in the field, namely Vice-Admiral Amy Curadh of the Tribe of Wicklow, SDF-Navy Fleet Administration. Her reply:
"It basically depends on what the Navy of Hope Mills wants to do:
For the defense of the own waters, maybe venturing out in the North Atlantic and the Carribean, I would most certainly get more FACs, plus the licenses for Anti-Ship Missiles like the Type 40, Mark I or Mark II, a squadron or two of minesweepers like the Waari-class Minesweepers, maybe a destroyer or two, like the Goliath-class, and more corvettes, both of the Winternitz-class and the Scoth-class. I would also invest in a land-based Naval Air Arm, patrol planes and attack planes.
If the navy is to be used as a tool for power projection, I would establish a Home Fleet of sorts for defense, FACs and Patrol Vessels, and four major groups of warships: Two groups of Helicopter Carriers, like the Sealgaire-class Helicopter Carrier, and their escorts and support vessels, a Command Ship like the Glorium-class with escorts and an Aircraft Carrier Battlegroup (Note: SDY is currently working on the design for a light aircraft carrier.). A marine assault force would be mandatory, as well as a ship-borne Naval Air Arm. Plus, more destroyers for long-range power projection and as escorts, again the Goliath-class comes to my mind.
In any case of the two, I would also add one or two oceanographic research vessels, simply to gather data about own and foreign waters, and for using them for devastating effect. A submarine arm would be good in any case as well.
That's what I would do if I had the funding."
Furthermore, we recommend contacting an independend expert group, YNW would be our recommendation.

This number does not include missiles for training.

While we will not shy away of the challenge of such a vessel, Yard 15 would also like to make you aware about the Glorium-class Command Ship, a command vessel, which has everything you want and more, including troop compartments. About those, we could modify the plan, dissolving the these in favour of better living conditions, like fitness rooms, for the crew and more supplies for the ship. The price would remain the same.
